Took my 2019 F150 in because when I turned the heater on only cold air would blow. There was no noise/clicking - just strong cold air blowing through all the vents. Took it in- was told that the temp actuator has failed and needed to be placed only (over $800). Agreed to have it done. After it was completed - they informed me that NOW since the temp actuator is fixed-the transmission coolant heater control valve is partially closed and needs to be replaced ($1000 initially then spoke to the manager and the priced was decreased to $667- I declined). I was told warm air is blowing but not as strong as it should be. When my truck was returned- I cannot tell anything was done. The same COLD AIR is still blowing!!!! NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER!!!!! Please Please stay away from this place. More

Awful place. Gave me my car back with only 2.5 lug nuts back on from a tire rotation. No manager will call me back. Tk that works in service was awful and rude! The fix from Tk was to give me another oil change and tire rotation like I would ever let them touch my car again. Tk continued to talk over me when I would ask her questions and wouldn’t listen to anything I have to say. A “manager” was supposed to call me back Saturday, Monday and Tuesday with no call. I emailed a “manager” on Saturday after the incident with an explanation of what happened and to give me a call ASAP and still no call back. After they did the tire rotation no my tire sensors won’t work. Absolutely awful all the way around with this place. More
