My car was in for service due to a safety recall. Since I didn’t buy my car there, they typically don’t give loaners. I told her I understand that they don’t provide loaners to customers who purchase their vehicle elsewhere. I argued that the manufacturer should guarantee a loaner car or cover a rental car if your own is in the shop for a recall of any sort. She went to her manager and presented my case and then they agreed to get me a loaner. I would recommend Asiah Ford to anyone seeking a competent service advisor. More
