We purchased a truck for our company from Rockwall Ford. We ask them to mail us the plates when they were received. When they didn't arrive, we called. They had used FedEx and shipped them to our P.O. Box. We ask them to mail us the plates when they were received. When they didn't arrive, we called. They had used FedEx and shipped them to our P.O. Box. Anyone that ships FedEx should know they can't deliver to a P.O. The lady confirmed our physical address and said they would be re-shipped. A week and a half later we call about still not receiving the plates. We were not given a reason this time, but were told they would be sent. A week later we called again and were told FedEx doesn't ship to your address. We are located in Rowlett and receive FedEx & U.P.S shipments all the time. When we explained this to the lady we were told that they (Rockwall Ford) had done all they were required to do. An email to the General Manager (salesman copied) has not been returned. If you are looking for a hassle free buying experience, look somewhere else. More
