Other than being at the dealership for hours doing paperwork(what dealership doesn’t take forever). Rockwall ford and especially Jerime Vail were all top notch. As soon as we pulled up Jerime was there welcoming us in and eager to help. Once we told him what we were there for he went straight to work. Our truck was brought up and the 2nd vehicle was held to be sold to someone on their way in. Jerime gave us the keys to the lighting and let us go for a test drive. He wasn’t pushy, just stood back and waited for us to ask him a question. Such a refreshing way of looking at a vehicle. After the test drive it was time to work on the numbers. This where I admire Jerime, his honest with us from the beginning. He listened and let us know the truth, but also took what we requested and negotiated with us. Things worked out and I definitely feel it’s because how honest and up front Jerime was. I would recommend Jerime and Rockwall Ford to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More
