No call. Went to dealer at 12:45 PM and was told it was almost ready. Left my husband there to wait. Whenever he asked about the status he was told that they would let him know. At 3:30 PM he gave up and got the dealership to take him home. At 3:47 PM I received a text saying the truck was ready. We then had to make another trip to the dealer to pick it up. More
I've been using this dealership for years to get my service done on the numerous vehicles I've purchased there. The service dept. seems to be consistently going downhill. I encountered significant unprofessionalism at Rockwall Ford dealership subsequent to my purchase of a truck, as I failed to receive the corresponding truck title. My attempts to address the matter with the dealership staff were met with evasiveness and uncooperativeness. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, I was met with further resistance, as Grady, the manager, exhibited an unhelpful demeanor and showed no concern in aiding me to resolve the issue. During this discussion, the receptionist interjected abruptly, urging me to contact the DMV before abruptly terminating the call. Subsequent follow-up calls were met with disregard, as Grady remained apathetic towards the unprofessional conduct of the receptionist. I am compelled to escalate this disconcerting matter to the GM to address the inadequacies exhibited by the dealership staff and their treatment of patrons. More
Very poor customer service, I requested my regular service writer and got a writer that is pathetic and never spoke the truth worthless, Service manger did not return my call . The only problem I had with this dealership was the full four days it took for the repair to be completed. The first day the mechanic said there were no damages to any wheel parts, then it took three days t four days it took for the repair to be completed.
