I told Tina that prior to me purchasing this truck, I had stayed away from having a dealer perform maintenance on any of my vehicles. Very poor communication . Dropped the truck off at 10 AM and was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Tried unsuccessfully to reach by phone at 12 PM. No call. Went to dealer at 12:45 PM and was told it was almost ready. Left my husband there to wait. Whenever he asked about the status he was told that they would let him know. At 3:30 PM he gave up and got the dealership to take him home. At 3:47 PM I received a text saying the truck was ready. We then had to make another trip to the dealer to pick it up. More
