I had $350 of work done on my F150, they checked my tire pressure at 35 psi but didn’t air up to the recommended 38 psi, a while back my wife’s equinox was in for service and I mentioned I had a slow leak i pressure at 35 psi but didn’t air up to the recommended 38 psi, a while back my wife’s equinox was in for service and I mentioned I had a slow leak in r rear and to check air pressure to 35 psi to all tires, they called me and said I had a nail in two tires. I didn’t want to pay what they asked to repair leaks, and they didn’t add air to any of my tires then. Why even check the tires if you’re just gonna say, hey your tires are low? Also More

Zero rating ---BEWARE-GO SOMEWHERE ElSE! ! Had a very bad experience when I bought my Ford Maverick from Rockwall Ford in the past but my husband wanted to give them another chance. Took my ! Took my 2019 F150 in because when I turned the heater on only cold air would blow. There was no noise/clicking - just strong cold air blowing through all the vents. Took it in- was told that the temp actuator has failed and needed to be placed only (over $800). Agreed to have it done. After it was completed - they informed me that NOW since the temp actuator is fixed-the transmission coolant heater control valve is partially closed and needs to be replaced ($1000 initially then spoke to the manager and the priced was decreased to $667- I declined). I was told warm air is blowing but not as strong as it should be. When my truck was returned- I cannot tell anything was done. The same COLD AIR is still blowing!!!! NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER!!!!! Please Please stay away from this place. More
