Nice people. I recently purchased a $95,000 truck from Rockwall. The salesman knew very little about my vehicle. Could not answer even simple questions. Despite having four days notice that I was coming, the vehicle was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait around an hour to see it. I asked the salesman to explain the operation of one of the options and he did not even know of the existence of the feature despite it being listed on the window sticker. He tried to convince me that a standard feature on the truck was the option. It was not. I had to leave the dealership as I had another obligation and I realized that some of the window sticker dealer add-ons were not on the vehicle and called the dealership. The salesman told me I could come back to the dealership and work it out, but I could not return that day due to my other obligations (and it is a 600 mile drive to come back). After the dealership finally acknowledged that the parts were not on the vehicle, they agreed to send me the parts but now I am on the hook for the installation costs. They did not even offer to pay for the installation costs. I called the finance manager (my only other contact at the dealership) and he got the ball rolling to at least make sure I got the parts. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Nice people, good prices but poor salesman knowledge of the product makes it difficult to do an internet purchase. I have purchased half a dozen vehicles on the internet in the last several years and this is my first issue. If you live in Rockwall, it is probably worth checking out, if you have to travel, I would pass. More
