I’m a 71 year old male, and use to having good customer service. But it seems in today’s world that everybody is very busy and seems to be over worked. But all I was asking is just keep me updated on what you’re doing and how things are going, I should not have to call and come to the service department to find out. Maybe the representative I was working with just had Japan vacation on his mind, just wondering………..
