I have been on the phone for any service adviser while writing this review. After holding for far too long, I hung up. Discount Tires, I'm on my way. More

Quick response time. I posted online for a Ford Focus. My phone rang less than a minute later. It was Jason Chury from Rockwall Ford. He was right. I took one for a spin to another lot where they had some more stored away. After looking at a couple of more I was still not satisfied. He told me that there was another one just around the corner. I walked around there and there it was. I signed the papers a couple of hours later and I love this car. I had found it through Capital One's Auto Nav website 3 days ago but was not able to go by this dealership to test drive it until yesterday evening. My Client Advisor was Blake Hart. Blake's client advisor skills are exceptional in that upon my arrival he listened to why I was there (which I am glad his first response was not to try to sell me a different vehicle), then during the test drive he easily answered all m questions with confidence, politely asked if I would give them an opportunity to beat the financing I had already qualified for and then he gave me the keys.
