Right at the beginning of the sales process, we told our salesperson Matthew Hubbs and his Sales Manager Rob, that we didn't want to spend all day there. We told them that we wanted our trade appraisal completed and wanted to test drive a couple different version of the F-Series pickups. Matthew and his sales manager Rob did EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED! If you want to do business the way YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS, and, if you want to work with people that treat you like you are their FRIENDS AND FAMILY, then GO TO ROCKWALL FORD.!!!!
