I just recently bought an F150 lariat and the sales staff was excellent and enjoyable to deal with. However, my first experience with this Service Department is not very good. I ordered a soft cover to be in was excellent and enjoyable to deal with. However, my first experience with this Service Department is not very good. I ordered a soft cover to be installed on my new 2026 truck, supposedly they gave me an appointment and had the parts on order, but when I went back one week later, they had never ordered the part, so I had to go back with an appointment for a week after that. When I called in to verify that my part of Ben ordered it took them quite a while to figure out whether it was on order or not. It turns out it was, but it took almost 3 1/2 hours for them to install this cover on my truck. While I recommend the sales staff, I’m not very positive for the Service Department. More

Merri was my service advisor, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She got the car in front of the technicians right away and made recommendations that were clearly in my best interest rather than ju start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the day, and again the next day when the car was ready, so I never had to chase anyone for answers. The team performed the PCM update and calibrated it to Ford spec. They also recommended a brake fluid and coolant replacement, which we did. When I asked about the transmission and differential fluid, they advised waiting until 60k miles. I'm glad I listened. The Mustang now shifts perfectly, even smoother than the 2024 model I owned before. Honest advice, great communication, and real results. A big thank you to Merri for taking such great care of me, and to the technician who diagnosed and fixed my car. Your work is truly appreciated.
