Rockwall Ford

I originally brought in my car for the tire sensors, an oil change, and the state inspection. I opted to wait for the tire sensor replacement since it was $150 per tire, but we did move forward with the oi oil change, and the state inspection. The Ford service agent, Shea, asked if I had an extended warranty, which I did, and said they would do the diagnosis and then contact the warranty to see if it was covered. I called before they did the diagnosis and they confirmed it was covered. I took my car home and said I would be back on Monday since I needed my car over the weekend and they said it would take about a week to get everything worked out. When I came back on Monday, I worked with a Ford service agent named Mike J. He greeted me with a smile and spoke to me with kindness. He explained to me everything that would happen, step by step, and took down the information for my extended warranty so he could call them personally once they had diagnosed the leak. He helped me arrange for one of their drivers to take me home. He called me daily to provide updates on the status and to let me know what the warranty did/didn't cover and explained next steps. When he called me to tell me my car was ready, he arranged for one of their drivers to come pick me up and bring me to them to pick up my car. The driver was very nice, drove very safe, and we had a wonderful time talking the whole way back. It was like talking to an old friend because he knew about where I used to live because he had been stationed close by when he was in the Air Force! Once I arrived to the dealership, Mike explained the cost breakdown again, complimented the warranty company that I have (MaxCare) and then walked me to my car to send me on my way. A great experience for any customer but being a woman, it means even more because we are usually not treated with such respect at dealerships.
