Awful place. Gave me my car back with only 2.5 lug nuts back on from a tire rotation. No manager will call me back. Tk that works in service was awful and rude! T Gave me my car back with only 2.5 lug nuts back on from a tire rotation. No manager will call me back. Tk that works in service was awful and rude! The fix from Tk was to give me another oil change and tire rotation like I would ever let them touch my car again. Tk continued to talk over me when I would ask her questions and wouldn’t listen to anything I have to say. A “manager” was supposed to call me back Saturday, Monday and Tuesday with no call. I emailed a “manager” on Saturday after the incident with an explanation of what happened and to give me a call ASAP and still no call back. After they did the tire rotation no my tire sensors won’t work. Absolutely awful all the way around with this place. More

I would HIGHLY recommend going to another Ford Dealership for any service work or purchase of new Ford Vehicle. I had a factory recall, and they said they would complete it only if I signed a waiver stating for any service work or purchase of new Ford Vehicle. I had a factory recall, and they said they would complete it only if I signed a waiver stating "Rockwall Ford Service was not responsible for any damage occurred during attempted warranty work." The service tech said if they tried to do the warranty repair it may work or it might actually make my car undrivable. WARNING: This is Service either purposefully trying to scam me to justify further repair costs or just incompetent mechanics. I took my car to another dealership, and they completed the recall work without signing any such waiver. It drives great now! I will never go to Rockwall Ford for Service or to purchase any of my new vehicles. The General Manager and Service Department make money based off of volume of paid repairs...please see the dishonesty here! More
