I came in for several things that I wanted checked out and some things done. I never felt pressured. I ended up having most done, but didn't want to pay $100 for a simple air filter. I replaced it (I'm a 80 year old woman) myself in about 2 minutes and cost me $16.79. The other thing I liked was a ride home ( I had bronchitis) as it was going to be a very long wait. I ended up being to sick to pickup my car and Jessica said not a problem we can keep it here at no charge. Four days later I was given a ride back to pickup my car. Aaron was the same one who had taken me home and was a joy to ride with. Plus a good driver. I also had my Ram pu serviced the day before and the service also great. More

I typically don’t do reviews but after my experience, it’s a must. I went to the service center to get my new tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment done on my Jeep. After a 9-hour wait time (technicians had all sorts of problems mounting my tires), I left exhausted from the dealer. The next day I noticed my wheels where damaged / scratched and reported it to the service technician. Apologies came from various people, I took the car in for inspection, and was told it was going to be repaired by their in-house wheel tech. This was welcome news, but their in-house tech couldn’t fix it because of the custom mill work on the wheels. The Service Director offered to reimburse me if I can find someone to fix, but told him I didn’t know anyone. A month or so passed, with options to replace the wheels came from the Service Director and Service Technician. I provided all the necessary information sizing etc, but it turned out the wheels on my Jeep were no longer available. The next option was to buy different wheels but now instead of four wheel all five wheels would need be replaced (spare tire on rear door of Jeep) for a matching set. I sent both the Service Director and Service Technician preferences, sizing, etc and I was just waiting for order confirmation. A few days passed and the Service Director emails me that they are not fixing and not their fault. Completely unacceptable. Again, nothing has changed with this dealership -- apologies, promises, and leaving the customer hanging is their way. More
I came to get an inspection on a vehicle I purchased elsewhere and was nervous that they would find something wrong or worse, tell me they found something that wasn't really there. I feel cheated. I chose the most expensive package for a 90k routine service and also noted the check engine light was on.
