I called and made an appointment last week to get a recall and TMP issue fixed. When I did this Randy told me that he would order the parts and if I dropped it off at 7am I would get taken care of. So I agreed and brought it it just before 7am as soon as they opened their doors. My "service rep" Dusty must have not gotten the message because 10 hours later I'm told the manager are not there the technicians are taking off as well and my car is sitting in the lot half done. This is after I texted the automated system to check on the status of my vehicle and got no response. After speaking with someone there I was assured that the manager and rep would be in touch to make it right. So the next day i get a call from Dusty and she explains that I "Miscommunicated" and she "told me they were backed up and this might go into tomorrow" . Which is completely inaccurate. The kicker of it is the recalls were knocked out at 9:30 am according to the other rep I spoke to when she was off at lunch and my vehicle had been just sitting there. they hadn't even started the TPM repairs. So anyways regardless if you make an appointment and regardless of if they "ordered the parts" prepare to not have your vehicle for at least 2 days. Also I never heard from the manager and it was never made right. So ill be taking my servicing needs to someone else from now on. More
Not happy with Rockwall dodge. Brought my 2010 dodge ram in for transmission fluid change on August 14 took 4 hours to get done. Came back for differential fluid change,pinion seal replaced and rear brakes in for transmission fluid change on August 14 took 4 hours to get done. Came back for differential fluid change,pinion seal replaced and rear brakes had appt. 9:00 on August 28 didn't get it back till 1:00 August 29. Emailed William Gregg the Service Manager Sept. 16 and haven't heard back from him on this matter. Wonder why it took so long. More

Thank goodness it was covered under the warranty as I have been in a rental car for over 3 weeks. This will be the second time since we bought the jeep that the check engine light has come on, and it has been in the shop for a lengthy amount of time both times. This time takes the cake. I gave up the rental car, so excited to finally get my Jeep back, and as it was brought around, the service rep noticed that the check engine light was still on. Three weeks later, it is still on!!!! I am beyond frustrated as I had to again, leave my jeep there and drive home in a rental car. And, this dealership is quite out of my way. I used them because they were so highly recommended and the first experience at Dallas Dodge was not good either! I don't understand why I am paying so much for this car monthly, and I don't even get to drive it!! This is ridiculous and I am so angry, I am near tears! I do not feel this is how buying a new car should be. The reason we buy new cars is so we do not have to have repairs done - who has time for that? More
I bought a used Nitro from Rockwall. Loved my purchase. All was well. I decided to trade it in on a 1500 truck, 11 months later so that my husband would also be able to drive my vehicle. I had purchased an extra warranty on the Nitro. I requested my refund. Filled out all of my paperwork. Submitted it twice.Them emailed it again! Even went by the dealership months later when I was in Rockwall Texas. I live in Shreveport. Every time I made contact I was told that it was being handled and that it would be refunded to me. The finance director Paul Morgan assured me this would be resolved. Never happened. I will never buy from Rockwall again. My only recourse would have been small claims court but the hassle just wasn't worth it after the aggravation I've already dealt with.. SO, here we are two years later and STILL no refund of my unused warranty that, by law, they are required to refund. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a used F-450 that was low mileage from the salesman “Big Ben”. We test drove the truck together and I heard a slight whine noise from underneath. I asked “Big Ben” if the truck was throughly inspected? And he went to brag on how good “Rockwall Dodge” shop is and how they do there inspections. I didn’t think anything of it. The truck ran great on the test drive. I bought it. While it was getting detailed I noticed that it was low on coolant and I said something about it to “Big Ben” and again he assured me that the truck was serviced and nothing to worry about! I didn’t think anything of it it’s a BIG DEALERSHIP! They wouldn’t sell a vehicle with problems or not serviced! I drove 2hrs home to Chico Tx and the next morning I checked over the truck and admiring my purchase. I had to put 2 gallons of coolant in it! Checked the oil, it was BLACK! And none of the grease points were touched! It was never serviced or inspected! So 30 days later “I haven’t even made my first payment yet” the TURBO BLOWS UP! I called there “SERVICE DEPARTMENT” got the run around and they sent me to my salesman “BIG BEN”. NO ANSWER! NOT EVEN A CALL BACK! But he did respond to my txt and said “I’m sorry to hear about the truck it’s as is where is”! I understand that. I do completely! but if you ain’t got the common curtesy to even call back or even offer any kind of help with this pickup. That’s BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not believe anything they tell you about a vehicle! They are crooks! They don’t inspect anything! They just put it on the line and sell it! And also..,I still haven’t got a call back from ANYONE from that dealership More
My 2019 Ram had a defective passenger side fender, and since it was a warranty issue, Rockwall CDJR sent me to Rockwall Fords body shop to handle. When I walked in CDJR, I was not greeted and it seemed li since it was a warranty issue, Rockwall CDJR sent me to Rockwall Fords body shop to handle. When I walked in CDJR, I was not greeted and it seemed like nobody wanted to help. I finally asked if they were open(it was 5pm), and Meagan Stepped up to help. I told her about the issue, and she jumped right on it. She took pics, explained the process then sent the pics over, but never followed up with an answer from Ram. I called back a week later, still nothing. Finally after 2-1/2 to 3 weeks, the pics were approved. I got my truck in and they set me up with a rental. I only called once a week for an update, and sadly, I had to initiate most calls, and they couldn’t tell me much when we spoke. I finally got smart and called the body shop direct and that’s when I started working with Shelby. She started off strong, and I felt good about how things were going, but there were a couple of set backs, which I was more than understanding about, but during those set backs, she stopped calling me with updates. They finally got the fender replaced, and it looked great. They did forget to put the pinstripes back on the passenger door and fender, as well as the badges, which I pointed out immediately. I was told I could bring the truck back before 5 on any week day and they would take care of it. I went back the following day, and even called ahead, but all they could do is put the badges back on, due to the cold wet weather. Shelby told me she would give my info to their pinstripe guy and he would come to me and put the stripes on. Well, he didn’t call for 2+ weeks, so I called Shelby. She apologized and said she’d reach out to him. About 3-4 days later, he called. To this date, he has never called me back to schedule, so I just took them off of my entire truck. The part I’m most disappointed in is next. On my way home from the shop on Jan 20th, which was the first day I got it back, I stopped to fuel up. While I was fueling up, I was admiring the great work on the fender, but I noticed a scratch on my passenger mirror, and 2 very small gouges on my hood, right above the newly replaced fender. I immediately called Shelby to inform her, and she instantly said they didn’t do it and it was a rock chip, I politely disagreed and asked her to look into it the following day when I was going to be at the shop. When I was at the shop the following day, I pointed it out, and she continued saying it was a rock chip. I was very nice about it and told her whatever it was, it wasn’t there when I turned the truck over to Rockwall CDJR. She offered to get with Courtney, who took over with helping me, to see if he had pics. When I called to ask for an update, she said she hadn’t been able to speak with Courtney, but would keep trying. Another week passed and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called Courtney and got the pics myself. They were not broad enough pics, and only showed the defective fender, so I asked him if I could get the other pics, and who I needed to speak with, I never heard back from him. I called back later that week and spoke with JB(?), who was awesome, and he got with Meagan who had pics of my truck from the initial report, which clearly shows there was no damage when I turned the truck in. I called Shelby to inform her. She was very hesitant to offer to look at them. I obtained her email, emailed the pics, highlighting where the damage was and was not, and still haven't heard back from her, and that’s been 3+ weeks. I even emailed her again to ask if she had a chance to review... and haven't received a response. Sorry for the book, but this service was ridiculous! The gouges are very minor, and I could probably live with them, but this is now about the principle of the matter. I don’t know where to go if this essay falls on deaf ears, but I’m ready to do so if necessary. It’s comical how small these gouges are, and that I was in a rental from Dec 10 to Jan 20, but it’s also comical to know this is how you treat your customers. More
Got a new Renegade from here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sal our salesman was knowledgeable and understanding of what we wanted.
