Took my truck in for maintenance. Told them I'll come back in 7 days to pick it up. I called to see if it is ready and they don't know, he'll call me back. He should always know the status of every vehicle in their shop. Refuses to answer his phone so I call the dealership main number and ask to talk to someone in management. The service guy calls me immediately which says all I need to know. Substandard service. The mechanics are bad news too. I had to fix their mistakes the last three times they worked on my truck. No more, I'm done with these guys. More

Very good experience with Rockwall CDJ. Worked out all of the details prior to even going to the dealership. Was there about 30 mins total to sign paperwork and on my way. Amado and Chad Worked out all of the details prior to even going to the dealership. Was there about 30 mins total to sign paperwork and on my way. Amado and Chad were excellent. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Definitely will go there in the future. Don’t get sucked in by that other guy using his kids to push his cars. No thank you CC.
