I was in the market for a Ram 3500 and contacted them regarding it. They have it on their site for $89,810.00. They send me a menu of the truck so I could get my financing in place and they add $2,500.00 regarding it. They have it on their site for $89,810.00. They send me a menu of the truck so I could get my financing in place and they add $2,500.00 worth of accessories. I kindly tell them that I do not want the accessories and they basically tell me it is what it is and they won't take them off. This now brought the total to about $92,000.00 which is not the advertised price and is something they add regardless. So not only are they trying to sell me things I don't want, (because they're already on the truck) but the price they advertise does not include their accessories. This is very poor business practice and I will not be buying a truck from them because of it. More
Greed Overload. Rockwall dodge offered a 2021 Grand Cherokee L overland model with a 5k discount, which I was told by I assume a sales manager was just to get excitement growing for this vehicle. There Cherokee L overland model with a 5k discount, which I was told by I assume a sales manager was just to get excitement growing for this vehicle. There was an another 2500.00 dealer add on charge not included in the advertised price. All was good until we got to the numbers part, where I found out about the add ons and the amount they offered me for my trade in. I was trying to trade a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy FWD and all they offered was 41k. They would not even discuss adjusting the amount. I was even more shocked when Waxahachie CJDR offered me 40k for the trade. I was in total shock. I know what they are selling for used. I then went to Richardson CJDR where they offered me 46k which was below the estimator tool on the web site(and I have to say, that ALL dealerships these tools that inflate the trade estimate and should be banned) but I went a head and took the deal and purchased my Grand Cherokee L Overland for just under MSRP with the help of a discount from trucar. I even tried again with a different grand cherokee and told them about the original low trade appraisal. Now this new car was not discounted in anyway and the sales person told me let me see what I can do. We agreed that if they weren't willing to work with me on it, he would not call back. Well he never called back. I can understand a 500 or 700 difference between dealerships, but a 5k drop is beyond believable. If you have a trade don't go anywhere near this dealership and find you another reputable one. I was really hoping to get a deal done with this dealership, greed once again out trumps customer relations and satisfaction. More
price transparency and managers professionality are not an option at this dealer. Unwanted and useless protection plans are forced on the purchase of the vehicle with average of $ 2590 in addition of the an option at this dealer. Unwanted and useless protection plans are forced on the purchase of the vehicle with average of $ 2590 in addition of the full sticker price. these plans are just charged but not delivered on a paper. Rudest and unprofessional managers ever met. They are clearly scamming customers. I returned my car back after I reached out to Jeep customer support reporting how bad customers are treated and fooled. More
Bait and switch/shady dealer. Rude employees. Ruined my son's first visit to a car dealership to get his first car. Thanks for that. Inspect your vehicles before posting them for sale. So that people don't son's first visit to a car dealership to get his first car. Thanks for that. Inspect your vehicles before posting them for sale. So that people don't drive long distance, only to be told they are not for sale. See definition for bait and switch. Fire your rude employees that yell at customers, that they aren't even helping. This is the very experience that causes people to not trust dealerships. Everyone should stay away from this dealer and anyone associated with it. More
1. I didn't approve of the repairs was made. I brought the van into work on the transmission. 2. You employee came up with an oil leak, then wanted 7000 to fix it and I said no! The van isn't worth it b the van into work on the transmission. 2. You employee came up with an oil leak, then wanted 7000 to fix it and I said no! The van isn't worth it because the transmission codes were why we were bringing it in. 3. My other mechanic wanted to replace the transmission. Your employees quoted me a lower price to replace the transmission. That is why I brought it in. 4. They were charging $600 in diagnostic fees, then wanted $700 in addition to out the motor back together after the diagnostics. I said put the pieces of the van in the trunk of the van and I will tow it home. I will not pay the extra $700. It is not worth fixing the camshaft and everything else when the transmission is out too. The employee said that my other mechanic was a liar and the transmission was fine and did not need replaced. 5. We went to oriellys the day after getting the van back +and once again it pulling transmission codes. I DID NOT authorize any work on the van unless it fixed it and we could get the inspection sticker. Verbally I was promised that it would be fixed and passed inspections for the $2960. Plus tax. I Verbally said if you promise that then okay. But it's not worth the other repairs if my other mechanic is correct and the transmission needs replaced. Once again he promised me the transmission was fine. 5. They over filled the oil when they put it back together and the oil smells like it is leaking. The engine smells like burning oil. Which indicates the gaskets were replaced incorrectly. I had tried for several days to find out of my van was finished and no one would take my calls or return them. We finally went up there and was told that was finished and was running just fine. (Obviously it was not). Angela Grossman More
We traded in a vehicle purchased a brand new one. A month later we get a letter from the finance company stating that the vehicle was under paid by 78.25. Lloyd the general manger with rockwall dodge and Cal later we get a letter from the finance company stating that the vehicle was under paid by 78.25. Lloyd the general manger with rockwall dodge and Caleb the finance manager both told me that we owed the 78.25 bc we didn't make the payment after we traded the vehicle in. Like I told both of them we have traded in vehicles before and have never had this issue. I completely understand we were responsible for anything due up to 20 days after we traded vehicle in. Well Lloyd and Caleb said they sent check on December 22 2020 finance company said they didn't get it till January 13th. So apparently the check wasn't sent when they said it was. I spoke to both Lloyd and caleb both very rude unprofessional people. I was rude back. They both said well maybe if you made ur truck payment. So yes 35 late fee but they underpaid by 43.25. They paid late not us. Once you trade in a vehicle it's the dealerships not ours. Why would I make another payment on it when dealership bought it.Plus it was 22 days later when finance company finally got check from rockwall dodge. We will never go back to rockwall dodge for anything. Yes, I know this isn't a lot of money but dealership should of held up there end of the deal. So I had to pay off the rest of the money so it wouldn't start affecting my credit score. So dealership owes me money now!!! I would of rated zero stars but obviously not an option! More
We purchased a 2021 ram 2500 at another dealership with the same bells and whistles as the 2020 Ram 2500 that was at Rockwall, but at a lower price we even offered the Rockwall dealership. Yes, with all t the same bells and whistles as the 2020 Ram 2500 that was at Rockwall, but at a lower price we even offered the Rockwall dealership. Yes, with all the “dealer add ons.” Buyer beware for the dealership in Rockwall, prices on website do not include “dealer add ons,” which is stated in the fine print at the bottom of the webpage. It’s understandable that Rockwall CDJR is a business and like with any business, the main goal is to make a profit. However, customer service from the finance gentlemen was unprofessional. Instead of first introducing himself and being professional, his emotions got the best of him and he announces with frustration, “we won’t be making a deal nor countering because of the “low ball offer.” Funny, the next day, another dealership we were working with over the phone said they found us a truck that matched everything we wanted. When the link was sent, got a good chuckle seeing that it was the Rockwall 2020 Ram 2500 we made an offer on and the other dealership offered it at only $200 more “out the door” than what our second offer was to Rockwall. We will be telling other military members, government contractors, and everyone else to go to a different dealership. More

Horrible! Gave $6000 less for trade-in because "they sell vehicles for less then other places" They now stand to make $16,000 on our trade-ins while we are left with negative equity. They never read through vehicles for less then other places" They now stand to make $16,000 on our trade-ins while we are left with negative equity. They never read through paperwork out loud explaining anything. Just said "sign here" STAY AWAY!! More
