We went to many dealerships in the Dallas area in mid 2025 researching the Pacifica. One was Group 1 CDJR of Rockwall where we met Shirley James. She gave us spot on information we were able to use to d 2025 researching the Pacifica. One was Group 1 CDJR of Rockwall where we met Shirley James. She gave us spot on information we were able to use to determine exactly what we wanted and an idea of what to expect of delivery and payment. Using this we worked on our personal finances until we could afford to buy what we wanted in April of 2026. Shirely reached out to us a couple of times and we explained our situation to her. She was the only salesperson we had talked with that was patient with us and did not harass us weekly about if we were ready yet. This made her and Group 1 CDJR of Rockwall our only choice. The icing on the cake was she was busy when we went back but instead of making us wait, she introduced us to Chris Miles who really has the FORCE with him. He was great. He listened to what we wanted and then worked to locate and acquire it for us within the budget we gave him. To the dealership I really appreciate the people you have.
