This is the 6th time my car has been in for the same problem. They are unable to fix it, keeping it for a month each visit l, returning it promising the issue is fixed each time only to find out three w problem. They are unable to fix it, keeping it for a month each visit l, returning it promising the issue is fixed each time only to find out three weeks later the issue is never resolved and each time it breaks again it gets worse. This time when I brought in, I asked for the same problem to be addressed along with a simple tube in my window fluid line to be replaced because it had a hole in it. I called one week later, to check on it, and was told they had replaced my windshield wipers and my car was ready. I did not need or ask for wipers. I asked again if they had fixed the tube, they had not. So he assured me they would go in at this time and fix it and wouldn’t charge me for the new blades they had installed without my ok. I picked up my car, when I was told it was ready. Three weeks later, got in and tried to use the windshield wipers because my car was dusty. No fluid came out I walked in and asked about it the rep came out lifted the hood and said, oh no they sure didn’t. Got in my car, said I’ll be right back and drove off. That’s all he said. I was left outside for 20 minutes. Mind you; I’m now going to be late for a work meeting because I didn’t have time to wait for him to look at my car; I was just supposed to be picking it up. He came back to tell me; they had patched the hole, but the patch didn’t even last long while not being used in a the parking lot and that they repatched it. I said I asked 3 weeks ago for the tubing to be replaced not patched. You said it would be after you installed wipers you were not supposed to. He said if you would like to schedule and appointment to drop it off to have the tubing replaced I could do so. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? What have they been doing with my car for the past three weeks? They never found the reason both batteries continue to drain, or the reason this is causing my ac and heater to now go out, or even replace the simple tubing I asked you twice to replace since I’ve dropped it off. I will never ever buy or drive another product from this company ever again. If I could give negative stars I would. More
