NO ONE wants to do it. however walking into rockland hyundai changed my mind on the "experience" in the most positive way imaginable. it was my first car an wants to do it. however walking into rockland hyundai changed my mind on the "experience" in the most positive way imaginable. it was my first car and i wanted the process to be as simple and easy as possible. met with my sales person zoran who couldn't have been more patient. he knew exactly what he was talking about and put me at ease (something i never thought would happen through this process). he gently recomended a few cars that may meet my situation and took his time going over each car and explaining different features and functions. we finally came across a sentra that seemed like it was the best fit. after a well versed test drive i determined that this was the car i wanted. from working out the numbers to handing me the keys the whole experience couldn't have been more easy and STRESS free. a huge thank you too zoran and the whole staff at rockland hyundai who made this possible. while i am not putting a time line on my cars retirement when the time arises i will be back to do business again. if you are reading this review do not consider walking into this dealer and not ask for zoran. you couldn't be put in better hands if the owner himself chose someone. you will not regret it. thank you again zoran & rockland hyundai! After doing extensive research I had decided to narrow my decision down to a Hyundai Tucson and the Honda CRV. Shopped around at few Honda dealers and when I was content with the final number I decided to go decision down to a Hyundai Tucson and the Honda CRV. Shopped around at few Honda dealers and when I was content with the final number I decided to go and give the Tucson a go. Tried a few local dealers by me and stumbled across Rockland Hyundai. Called to make an appointment and was greeted over the phone by a sales associate named Zoran. Over the phone he was confident that he'd earn my business and talked me into coming into the dealer (mind you the dealer is about 20 miles away with many local dealers closer and more easily accessible). Made my appointment with Zoran and came in. He sat down with me and insisted on showing me the car and having me test drive it as well. I explained that I had driven it already elsewhere and was only concerned about what numbers he could produce. After a few minutes of trying to convince me and I agreed. I am so thankful I did. I thought I had a decent working knowledge of the car from the other sales associates demonstration of the car but Zoran knew exactly what he was talking about and didn't explain it in some mumbo jumbo car talk. Everything he explained was easy to understand and I learned a lot of key features that weren't explained prior. After coming back from the test drive I had already made up my mind that the CRV was out. Now it came down to the numbers. Zoran quickly worked up a proposal with his manager that I considered extremely fair. Needless to say I took delivery of my 2014 Tucson that same day. I will forever recomend Zoran and his dealer to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle. He represented a whole new level of professionalism that many people in this line of work do not. I am very happy with my purchase from Rockland Hyundai. A million thanks and keep up the good work!!! More
