He was kind, patient, informative and above all, accommodating to my mother's wants and needs. As my mother has specific physical limitations, she requires additional information and assistance. Throughout the afternoon, Keithon went above and beyond any expectations to find answers and solutions to her every concern. They even offered to pick her car up and return it when she requires scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. Our experience with Melvin Abreu and German Flores were exceptional as well. I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership and its employees. They now have 2 new fans. More

Over the years I have been to a number of dealerships shopping around for the possibility of purchasing a new car. His patient , non-pressure and sincere attitude helped put my wife and I at ease during the entire time we were shopping for the car. I recently made a choice to purchase a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I heard great things about Hyundai vehicles from mechanic friends. I went in to the dealership and I met Zoran Micevski who turned out to be well informed and laid back in his approach. He helped me narrow down which Hyundai was best for me. Once I decided on the Elantra he recommended looking at a 2013 since there were incentives on the remaining 2013 models. I had mentioned that I was originally targeting the accent because of the price but Zoran showed me that with the incentives offered on the 2013 Elantra I would most likely be happier with purchasing the 2013 Elantra since I only was choosing the Accent over the Elantra by price alone. I truly wanted the Elantra. With the incentives and the low interest loan that German in finance secured for me I walked out of Rockland Hyundai with a brand new 6 speed manual Elantra with low monthly payments!!! First time ever buying a car from this dealership and everything went smooth up until they had to report my info to the finance company. Approved me for a loan and sent me on my way saying I would receiv everything went smooth up until they had to report my info to the finance company. Approved me for a loan and sent me on my way saying I would receive my paper work in the mail before the payment was due along with my license plates. For starters did not get my license plates until 3 days after the temp had expired and the DMV inspection slip they had given me was expired. Told me it was my problem. But the bigger issue is that the lady who did my financing screwed up my paperwork and it never got pushed all the way through. After contacting them for 4 weeks they finally gave me a solution to this problem. They told me I had to drive down there (2 hours) the next day otherwise the deal would fall through only to have me wait there for another 3 hours to drop off a paper I could have easily emailed or faxed them. No papers were signed or anything, went there to drop a paper off and have a 5 minute conversation. Thanks for wasting my time on that one. Was also told at the dealership that day that there was another 2 weeks they had to get the deal done so I had to call out of work for nothing. Lastly after having no contact or responses for another week or so I decided to call the finance company directly to see what was going on and they told me my stuff had gone through and payment was due the next day! Luckily I had called them or I would have had no idea that my bill was due. I am never going Rockland Hyundai again and would strongly urge you to stay away. The financing section of this dealership is just a mess. More

I had an incredible experience at Rockland Hyundai, specifically with my salesman Zoran. I was in the market for a new car lease, but hate the process of haggling for price. Zoran greeted my father and I, sat down and asked me the normal questions. We chatted and got to a great level of comfort right from the get go. He was not your typical pushy sales guy just looking to make the sale; he made me feel like he wanted me to be truly happy with my decision. We talked about the Santa Fe, the different options and numbers. We took a test drive and I felt like I was just driving with a friend. Zoran's knowlegdge of the car and all the different features was beyond my expectations; he was a complete professional. I explained to him that I was absolutely not ready to make any decisions that night and he was still more than happy to spend time with me, answer my questions...he was not pushing me out the door so that he could get to the next customer. Due to the extremely wonderful experience I had, I wound up going back about a week later to ask a few more questions and subsequently leased a spiffy new Santa Fe Sport (that I am loving). I truly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car to make their way to Rockland Hyundai, ask for Zoran and you will have a great car buying/leasing experience! More

With this recent weather and my husband’s long commute, we started searing for a new car with All Wheel Drive. It started one Saturday evening and we searched for hours trying to find a dealership where we we started searing for a new car with All Wheel Drive. It started one Saturday evening and we searched for hours trying to find a dealership where we felt comfortable and had our best interest in heart. No luck. My dad and I happened to be shopping in Nanuet and figured we would stop by Hyundai of Rockland (on route 59). Without an appointment my dad and I walked in where we were greeted by Keathon Mattocks. We told him everything we were looking for and told him we were interested in the Tucson. We test drove the Tucson and fell in love! Unfortunately my husband was not with me to enjoy my enthusiasm. Knowing my husband was not there Keathon handed me the Key to the car I fell in love with and told me to take it to my husband to show him (my husband works an hour away from Rockland). Shocked, I drove to my husband and he fell in love. I came back to the dealership and closed the deal (without haggling for hours!). I was able to get an amazing deal on my 2014 Hyundai Tucson and I will be going back to visiting Keathon Mattocks when I need another car. If you want a great deal, an amazing car, and a new friend; go see Keathon Mattocks at Hyundai on route 59 in Nanuet!!! More
