Terrible experience! After a few days of correspondence with Angie Matovski - the internet sales person - we came to agreement on looking at a 2011 Toyota Highlander. I m After a few days of correspondence with Angie Matovski - the internet sales person - we came to agreement on looking at a 2011 Toyota Highlander. I made it clear we were coming from 5 hours away. I also made sure Angie would be there and the car would be available for a test drive when we got there. With a phone call before we left, and another one 15 minutes before we got there, we were assured the car was ready. Upon arrival, the had us sit in the sales room for 25 more minutes, telling us the car was being detailed. We asked if we could take a look and they came back to tell us "ooops, we just sold that car, how about this other one?" We seriously thought they were joking at first, but they were not. Never did they mention to us they were going to continue to try and sell the vehicle during our trip over. They also never suggested putting a deposit on it. We asked them why and they said no one was looking at it, so they didn't think it would be a big deal. Unreal. Never do business with them, please! More
Dealer service department is the greatest I have had 2 cars serviced here and I have to say these guys and gals are the greatest. Friendly fast and fairly priced. I have usually avoided dealerships for service because of bad experiences and overpriced service but you won't find that here.... Will never recommend them to anyone It's just my experience with these guys am sharing, went to them by seeing an ad for Lexus es350, they gave a very good price in the ad, but once you It's just my experience with these guys am sharing, went to them by seeing an ad for Lexus es350, they gave a very good price in the ad, but once you go there they'll add 2 types of fees worth $1100 in addition to other registration fees, am still okay with the price I got the vehicle, but their behavior is something which irritated me, all they want is just sale . The sales person doesn't have the full knowledge of the car and also the process of running credit, they ran my credit 10 times for which I lost some points, I requested them not to run more than once and she said they'll run it only once, she doesn't give the right info or in fact she don't have the right info. The funny thing is she says she is trying to help me, but I don't think someone believes that. The manager Melvin is the sort of manager whom I would never approach again or recommend anyone, I agree he was giving me a good price, but there's a way to tell and I feel he doesn't have minimum courtesy or manners to explain something. They'll just not leave you at any cost until you make a sale. Car has scratches and I was fine with them since it's a used car , but the paint coming off from both the front and rear bumpers and from the doors is just unacceptable, I asked them to fix them before taking the car,they said they'll but they didn't . Guys, don't get fooled by their pricing in the internet, they'll easily add a one and half more thousand to it. Would never ever go to them again or recommend someone. More

Another sleazy dealership. Very bad vibes from this place. Went in looking for more information about a new car, following an ad in the mail I had received. Finally after having three different employees walk past me, I was greeted by one on his third pass.. He paired me up with a salesman was extremely disrespectful from the get go. He could not answer any of my questions, he would just ramble on about something else.. I'm a young guy, and look younger. I have no doubt he was sharking me. Repeatedly tried to talk me into something I did not want. After I had clearly expressed why I was there.Not to mention the six or seven times he wandered away while I was at his desk. I think he said excuse me the first time and decided that was all of the respect that was due. Not to mention, when I asked about checking out some of the cars, I received an attitude. My impression, if you're an average person walking in there. They're going to treat you like garbage. Upon first entering I had this feeling, when one of sales reps rushed past me to greet a very well dressed elderly couple. Sure, they're more likely to have more money. I get that. But after my hour drive, five dollars in tolls and gas money getting down there. This was a nice slap in the face. If you're an average joe, stay away. These people are nothing but money hungry.... Not to mention their very misleading advertising... Thanks Rockland Hyundai for a huge waste of my time. DO NOT give these guys your money. More
