A Very Pleasant, Low Pressured Experience Sale person was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to make the deal that was very close to what we wanted. He connected the bluetooth in a jiffy and it is working fine. We recently purchased a Honda and that salesperson couldn’t connect the cell phone. Also, a part we ordered was not in stock and it has been three weeks and no response after leaving messages. Not good service. We are very pleased with the treatment we received and would definitely lease again from Rockland. More
Pleasant expericence I didnt know much about buying a car. I walked in and was greeted very politely by Roger Garcia. I dont have the best credit so i was very hesitant in even walking in. Lisa Farbo is very helpful in finding options and getting you the best deal in financing. My new car was getting detailed and i was in a rush as this process is a very long one. Rodger took initiative and drove to get my new car himself. I noticed a couple dents that i was not happy with the next day. I went in and the manager Tristan George was extremely pleasant and helpful. He arranged for me to have a rental car for a few days while he made the car satisfactory to my liking. When he called to let me know my car was ready, he personally walked me out to make sure it was perfect. Needless to say with Roger,Lisa, and Tristan I was very pleased and am loving my new car-Krystal More

Not a stressful day with Gervais helping me I have bought hyundai's at rockland hyundai before and this time Gervais Cambridge made it even better. Go to pick are new used car oops they can't find it My Girl friend and i went on 4/21/15 to look at cars we found one that we liked agreed on the price we left a deposit and said we would pick it up on My Girl friend and i went on 4/21/15 to look at cars we found one that we liked agreed on the price we left a deposit and said we would pick it up on the 4/28/15. The day i left the deposit i asked the salesmen if i could look at the car and was told it was at the detail shop i said ok. On 4/28/15 my girl friend cancels her insurance on her car we take her plates off i go to bank get a bank check to pay the car in full and off we go to pick our car up at the dealership, we are told to sit down and Mr. Gonzalez comes over and says the car is not there and it is at another lot and they would go get it. Mr. Gonzales then takes are insurance cards and says he will be right back,Well he comes back and tells me the car is not on the lot but it is in a body shop and the car was in a accident. I then ask how can this have happen? and he says he has no idea. Mr Gonzales then try's to sell us something else on the lot there was nothing that we were interested in. So at this time we said we wanted are deposit back and off we went. On our way home i thought that something was wrong here my girl friend called the dealership and was told someone would call back Mr Gonzales called and i spoke to him telling him i would still be interested in the car and i would go down to body shop and look at the car he told me that they use a few body shops and would get back to me that was on 4/28/15 i am still waiting for that call…… So here is the question they had 6 days to get this car to us why was there no phone call to us instead of us being put threw what we were? Was the PRICE to low on the car and by saying the car was in a accident we would go away? Was the car even in a accident? if not i wonder if this is a fraud? Something is very wrong here . I no one thing i will make sure anyone i no not to buy a car from you guys….. Randy/Theresa More
Worst Experience Ever!! I traveled 90 minutes to this dealer today to look at a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called at 9am to be sure the car was still available and was I traveled 90 minutes to this dealer today to look at a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called at 9am to be sure the car was still available and was assured that they would prepare for the car for my arrival at 2pm. When I arrieved the car could not be brought around as it was blocked by 3 cars they lost the keys too (understandable) we went over to the car, first theres a huge crease with the paint lifting on the hood, then a huge dent in the passenger side, third the passenger rear bumper cleary had damage covered with touch up paint. I understand I was looking at a used car so we gave it a shot. Inside there was trash everywhere! Peoples clothing! Thick syrup gunk in the cup holders and worse of all a white powder all over the inside. Much worse than a powered donut that made a mess. Ontop of that the trunk area floor that covers the spare tore was gone, nowhere to be found!! Seriously!? This is how you prepare a car to be sold? Ontop of all that gloriousness, the car had 3300 more miles than what they were advertising!!! I was told by the manager that it must have fell theough the cracks, they tried to get me to look at other cars but seriously I dont trust them. Then the manager tried to tell me that he would have his guys clean up the car and send me pictures of it clean incase I wanted to give them a second chance. Seriously!? I drove 90 minutes to find that? No thanks. I will pass. And deal with a real dealer who cares about their vehicles and cuatomers. More

As soon as I arrived at the dealership, was met by salesman Jeff Price, who was extremely patient, and made sure I understood everything about the new Sonata I was leasing. I loved my old Sonata, so I wanted to lease another. Jeff Price was five star salesman, and then I dealt with Lisa in Finance. Again, a five star person to deal with. I consider myself so lucky to have picked Rockland Hyundai, and I strongly recommend anyone who goes there, you are treated like a person, and as if you are the only one there.
