Great sales rep I decided to buy out my lease. Ronald Cadet was patient, thorough and very profesionnal. He ensured that all paperwork required to do so would be done I decided to buy out my lease. Ronald Cadet was patient, thorough and very profesionnal. He ensured that all paperwork required to do so would be done through the dealership and would do this in a minimal amount of time. Today, when I came in 45 minutes earlier than my appointment he immediately took charge, changed over the plates, got the car inspected and I was on my way. Ronald definitely knows the business and he answered all my questions without hesitation. Definitelly ask for him when you are ready to buy a car at this dealership. More

Scam Artist's Went in to there dealership to talk about purchasing a used vehicle, upon test-driving the vehicle. I went to go get the downpayment which was a cash Went in to there dealership to talk about purchasing a used vehicle, upon test-driving the vehicle. I went to go get the downpayment which was a cash payment. I returned all they seemed interested in before continuing speaking was wether I had the cash in hand. Against my better judgement I handed over my cash. I should have known there was a issue, no other dealer asked me for my down payment prior to finalizing the numbers.When they came back and told me the monthly payment I laughed and then asked for my money back as I had other vehicles to look at which they knew I had . They then played the run around game "give me a few days I'll get it workout for you" . They ran my credit several times as you know that will effect my credit further. They continued to refuse my downpayment back. I got upset and told them that I need my money as promised. They came back with oh we already dropped in the safe and no one is authorized to retrieve it at this time. I stated this was unacceptable as I have other appointment. I did get loud and state that I have other appointment and will need my cash back as I have other appointments. then I said I will wait all night after more run around I used one expletive I want my f...ing cash back as promised. AT THAT MOMENT THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER JUMPED THE COUNTER AND WENT HEAD TO HEAD WITH ME ASKING IF I WANTED TO GO OUTSIDE.(as If we were kids on a playground). THE WHOLE STAFF THEN SURROUNDED US IN A THREATENING MANOR. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AS THEY WERE GOING TO ATTACK MY WIFE AND I. WHEN THE POLICE ARRIVED OF COURSE IT'S A CIVIL MATTER AND THERE WASN'T MUCH TO BE DONE.So after all that I will not get my money back till Monday at 10:00 am . In retrospect I should have known better no cards or names were given.I had to request a car fax as the other dealers had offered with no hesitation. SO PLEASE ,PLEASE DON'T BOTHER THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU THEY ARE THERE TO HELP THEMSELVES AT WHOM EVERS EXPENSE NECESSARY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE they have no ethics or customer concern.BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THEY WANTED TO FIGHT REALLY OVER BUYING A CAR.(CHILDISH AND UNSAFE) More

CAUTION!!! Last June, this dealership contacted me to see if I would be interested in ending my current Hyundai lease early to get into a new lease. I was alrea Last June, this dealership contacted me to see if I would be interested in ending my current Hyundai lease early to get into a new lease. I was already over my miles so I figured I would check it out. They basically conned me into a new lease and before I signed off, I made sure to ask if everything was covered as I wanted to insure I would not get any kind of bill from Hyundai Finance. Well, sure enough about a month ago I received a bill for $852 because I ended my lease early!! I followed up with Javier, my original salesperson, who promised to look into it. I finally had to go over there and what a nightmare!! The finance manager, Fausto, finally emerged and let me tell you he is a real piece of you know what. I mean I do not know how these people sleep at night. They basically lied and said there was no way they could have known about this charge which is laughable. I'm quite sure they knew I would get hit with this but failed to mention it. After all, I am sure I am not the first person they conned into this situation. They are especially good at playing good cop, bad cop so beware. These people are crooks, plain and simple. More
