EXCELLENT So this is my 3rd lease from this company. My first time out they helped me when no one else would, but I had a bad deal from my salesman who was late So this is my 3rd lease from this company. My first time out they helped me when no one else would, but I had a bad deal from my salesman who was later fired. when my lease was up the owner (Mike Davidson) of the company stood by his word and made my 2nd lease work. Absolutely amazing. So I had an excellent credit score 2 years ago but at present it was low due to a job change.. Again I called Rockland Hyndai asking for help not ever imagining I would be as happy as I am right now. The first person I spoke to was Scott Corbett the sales manager. You would think leasing a car would be back and forth 20 times till you just get close. Nope not even close, 1 call he set up a meeting and done I kid you not. So Scott hooks me up with one of the nicest salesman I ever met Roger Garcia. He was so attentive to my needs and wants. He made my experience a great one. Now come where you get you B@##$ broke. Nope not even close the finance guy was so nice and polite it was crazy. Now you can read other reviews but mine is to the point. Not because I get a car but because the experience I had was truly amazing. I can not say what the deal was but I can tell you 4 other dealers couldn't come close. The closest number I got was $50 more a month. I highly recommend Rockland Hyundai to anyone looking to get into a fantastic vehicle. Jim More

Excellent Service I purchased a used Tucson about 10 months ago only to find out that the car has a duel clutch transmission which causes jerking and loud noise. I was I purchased a used Tucson about 10 months ago only to find out that the car has a duel clutch transmission which causes jerking and loud noise. I was not pleased with this and Salesman Luis Olivier was able to get me into a brand new Tucson smoothly and effectively with the help of Moe Falah. Both Gentleman were very patient with both me and my mother and took the extra time to explain everything to us thoroughly. They made me feel very secure and confident about my decision and their efforts were greatly appreciated! More

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! they use a lottery scam claiming you won $5000 to go there and be told you didnt win. These people are dirty greedy scam artists and the fact that som they use a lottery scam claiming you won $5000 to go there and be told you didnt win. These people are dirty greedy scam artists and the fact that someone thought this was a good idea is laughable. Do not give these people your money and go buy a car somewhere else. I would never trust the intentions of this dealership after being scammed. I don't think any other customer who received this scam will either and they will definitely tell everyone they know about it too. Why would anyone want to be known as the dealership who scams their customers? I already hear enough awful things about this dealership and this is just the cherry on top. I will definitely be calling cooperate and be complaining and report this scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

Love my new birthday present - a Tucson! Our third time getting a Hyundai from Rockland Hyundai. Had to turn in a lease and did not expect to get everything done and drive out with my new ca Our third time getting a Hyundai from Rockland Hyundai. Had to turn in a lease and did not expect to get everything done and drive out with my new car in one day! Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. They explained everything and answered all our questions and were very patient as we needed time to process everything before making our final decision. I spoke with Domonique on the phone a few times before coming in and she was always very pleasant and greeted us when we arrived. Our sales rep was Javier, who is amazing! He seemed to know what I wanted before I even told him - he listened well and anticipated my needs. Fausto helped out, too, and was very jovial, even taking our picture with our new car. The financial manager, Mo, was fantastic and great to talk with. Got a great deal and a beautiful car! Will definitely return whenever anyone in my family needs a new car. More
