Fausto Gonzalez GA is a horrible person to run a dealership. Did not want to communicate with me to see if I could get a rental while they fix the car the proper way. Instead told me to just go wait in the waiting room. Currently looking for a new Hyundai place to deal with. More

He is always friendly, extremely personable and professional. My first experience leasing a car from another dealership was a nightmare. It took 6 hours to finally get a lease agreement and when I got home I realized I was not given the mileage that was promised. When I came to Rockland Hyundai for my second lease, they worked with me to get the package that I needed at the most affordable price! I walked out feeling so satisfied that I came back 2 years later to lease a second car for my family! Javier remembered everything about me as if he was a life long friend! With the help of Scott Corbett, they were able to get another just right deal for me and my family. We work so well together now that we came up with an agreement in about an hour!! We now have two Elantras in the family and they already know I will be back next year when the lease is up! More

Fraud and scam This is my first review ever. Please do not go to this dealership. 0 star. very bad exp. On Day 1, we agreed on the price for a new 2019 Tucson wit This is my first review ever. Please do not go to this dealership. 0 star. very bad exp. On Day 1, we agreed on the price for a new 2019 Tucson with financing Signed the agreement and made the deposit. They distracted me and did not provide me a copy of the sale agreement. I called back and emailed the salesperson in the next few days. He finally emailed the top portion of the agreement with the vin of the vehicle, but not the signed portion of the sale agreement. Bad sign, but, i still has hope it would work out fine. No one contact me on my loan application, I have to contact the salesperson to follow up. On Day 6, the business manager finally called and told me that their best rate for a new car loan for my excellent ctedit (800+) is an outraguos 8% And she said i'd have to pay an additional $1500 if I don't finance with them. None of those were agreed on, discussed or written on the sale agreement. So, i lost $500 deposit. i am going with a different dealership. They are a FRAUD and SCAMMER. Stay away. More
