I bring my Titan exclusively to Nissan (OEM) for oil changes and all services. The technician changed the oil. Afterwards, the engine blew/seized within 20 miles. I purchased a used engine through the d changes and all services. The technician changed the oil. Afterwards, the engine blew/seized within 20 miles. I purchased a used engine through the dealership ($6000). I only paid ($3000) as they stated the Tech should have caught a pin hole leak in the radiator. Sunday, less than 9 month later and less than 4000 miles, the fan clutch dropped out while driving home. There was only 1 bolt that I could see when I opened the hood. And now I’m being told that it will cost me another $3000 to fix my vehicle even though the engine has a 1 year warranty. This is Completely Unsatisfactory. More

Yesterday, I went to rock hill Nissan to view a vehicle that was in inventory. After we were informed that it was taken off the lot, no other cars really interested my fiancé and I. After we concluded with that was in inventory. After we were informed that it was taken off the lot, no other cars really interested my fiancé and I. After we concluded with the sales rep Mike, the unprofessionalism that was conveyed by him and his peers when we left was disgusting. It’s insane how one bad bunch can ruin years of business. Talking/ laughing behind a customers back is outright uncalled for. In light of this, I will no longer be doing business at Rock Hill Nissan. More
They are awesome! After a terrible experience in Greenville, we called Rock Hill and they quickly found us what we wanted, gave us a great deal, Brian Williams picked us up from the county airport i Greenville, we called Rock Hill and they quickly found us what we wanted, gave us a great deal, Brian Williams picked us up from the county airport in the car we were coming to test drive and buy (a 15 minute drive for them) and swiftly went through the paperwork since we were in a rush but also made sure we understood everything. There was one feature I wanted in the car and wasn’t included in the package, and Rebecca gave us the information for a guy who could install them for us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! More
I will start be saying this has been an overall horrible experience. No part of this was easy. No staff at rock hill Nissan was helpful or knowledgeable. We will never shop here again. We will never make a experience. No part of this was easy. No staff at rock hill Nissan was helpful or knowledgeable. We will never shop here again. We will never make a service appointment here. We went here and bought an Armada at the beginning of may. The sales rep, Khyrie, told us that this vehicle had only had one owner and one accident with impact on the back only. We later found out this was untrue. We were unfortunately hit on the drivers side 10 days after buying the car and the insurance adjuster let us know the car had actually had another accident on the same drivers side, so this accident in the same spot ended up completely damaging the frame and totaling the vehicle. When buying the vehicle, we were aware that it had an airbag recall and Khyrie told us that we had an appointment scheduled with service for the recall and a detail cleaning in 2 days on Wednesday. We found out that they never actually scheduled us, so we tried to schedule for the next week. When we called to cancel the appointment for the next week (because of the wreck) we found out that they never scheduled that one actually either. So that’s 2 appointments they didn’t actually schedule- and it was supposed to be for a recall! When we purchased the Armada, we traded in a Ford. It took them 25 days to send the check for the payoff. This is completely unacceptable as another payment was due (on a vehicle we no longer have possession of, Nissan does) and had to request a payment extension so that it would not effect our credit. We called them everyday for 2 weeks, after already have been waiting almost 2 weeks, to make sure the check got written and sent. They continuously told us they were missing one signature on one of the forms. We talked to several people to try to get this resolved, all of which were rude and seemed to not be concerned. One guy there named Brent, not sure what his role is, actually hung up on my husband on the phone at one point and was getting very defensive in their conversation. Finally after 25 days, the check was sent. During the 25 days that they did not payoff our old car, they did not fund our new loan. They finally funded our loan a week before my first supposed payment due date. Brent called my husband after it was funded and told him that Nissan had made our first payment for us so that we wouldn’t be late and now just owed them the payment. I never gave them permission to make a payment on my behalf nor did I ever sign any agreement with them that I would give them any money past my down deposit. Back to when we bought the Armada and traded in the Ford: Wood-the finance manager, told us that we could just transfer the license plate from one vehicle to the other. This turned out to be untrue as well. We could not just transfer the tag. When we left the Ford with Nissan, my husband accidentally put the key back in his pocket and we left with it. It took them almost 2 weeks to call us to ask about the key for the Ford- we had left the windows halfway down too. So now, like I said- our Armada ended up being totaled. So I called to cancel and refund our extended warranty on it. Shelly Green sent me the forms and I signed them. She told me the check would take 3 weeks to be processed and sent to the lien holder. On the Saturday of the 3rd week, I sent her an email as a follow up because we have obviously had problems with written checks before. I did not receive any reply. I continued to email and leave voicemails for the following week. On Friday evening I finally called their main desk and asked to speak to someone else. I was told all the accountants went home for the day but someone will call me back ASAP. So come the next week, I still had not heard back from anyone and called the main desk again. They transferred me to someone else, I explained my situation and frustration, and she said “I remember y’all from the last problem”. She told me Shelly had been on vacation so I informed her that’s what out of office emails are for. Thankfully for them, they had just sent the check and it was being “processed”. I saw the check clear my loan 3 days later. It has been just about 2 months of dealing with nonstop ridiculousness from Nissan Rock Hill. I truly think their motto is ‘Let’s make people as angry as possible’. More

Rockhill Nissan is the shadiest car dealership I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot of them over the years. There were a few shady things that happened along the way but nothing too outlandish fo dealt with and I've dealt with a lot of them over the years. There were a few shady things that happened along the way but nothing too outlandish for a car dealership. But the kicker was that the "Finance Lady" screwed us by adding in an extended warranty without telling us. She kept telling us about warranty stuff that was included but without telling us it was included along with a $2300 price tag. By the time we realized what she had done to us, we had already signed the papers. My wife went back and complained to a manager who supposedly fixed it by removing the warranty but when the payment vouchers arrived the payment amount included the extended warranty. The salesman supposedly is working on it but we've lost faith that this will get resolved. I'll give them one star because the salesman was nice. Otherwise, the only way Rockhill Nissan will see my face again is when I take this car back for a full refund. More
