Rock County Honda has always serviced my Honda Accord even though I did not purchase it from them. Within the last month or so they had some retirements in the service department that left me questioning even though I did not purchase it from them. Within the last month or so they had some retirements in the service department that left me questioning whether I should continue utilizing them for my needs. Well Brock the new service manager that took over assured me they would take care of me and the issues I was having. I am very happy that Brock and Rock County Honda stood behind their words and delivered what they had promised. I truly believe if you are having issues with whatever your concerns are that Rock County Honda will stand behind the promise of making things right. They made it right with me after I personally had a less than desirable experience initially. Thank you for staying true to your word. More

The first appointment I called to make apparently never got scheduled. The appointment day came and I was told they have nothing for me and because I didn't have a confirmation email it would be another 2 got scheduled. The appointment day came and I was told they have nothing for me and because I didn't have a confirmation email it would be another 2 weeks for an appointment or I could drop it off and hope maybe they could get to my car. The person was very uncaring and made me feel it was my fault. The service manager was much more understanding and worked with me to get my vehicle in sooner. When I dropped the van off I let them know the fuse was out so the horn wouldn't insistently honk when I drop it. Steve was also very courteous when he called telling me that the issue was a spring tab that broke. He wasn't sure how it broke or what could have been done to cause it to break. When Lief called to tell me the van was ready he made it seem like the dealership was doing us a huge favor by warranting the broken part. I was told this could not be covered again. This issue has happened 2x in 4 years and I still have a warranty so I don't understand how this could be but I wasn't getting a straight answer. When my husband picked the van up (after service hours from the sales department) he tried the horn to make sure everything was working. The horn did not work. We checked and the fuse was never replaced. I don't know how they checked to make sure what they fixed worked if the fuse wasn't replaced. I'm very disappointed with the service we received. More
