Thank you for your feedback. We are very concerned that you didn’t feel you were treated properly during your recent visit. We would like to first apologize on behalf of your salesperson and our dealership for getting busy and making you wait in the lounge for so long. That is completely our mistake and we have adapted our processes and put checks in place to ensure that type of situation never occurs again for any of our customers. We are troubled, however, by your inaccurate statements regarding your salesperson. Mike has only worked at two dealerships and we believe your other statements to also be false and slanderous. We understand your frustration and we appreciate hearing legitimate feedback so we can grow and better service our community, but we stand by the integrity of team members and we object to such a dishonest assessment. What statements are false and slanderous?! I'm baffled that you "think" I'm stating false statements when in fact this was the encounter my husband and I had with Mike. How are you so confident that none of this happened? Did you or anyone actually witness this? Must be going off of what Mike said because it was just Mike, my husband and I that encountered these unethical series of situations. So please do not mistake what actually happened to what you would "hope" didn't happen because these are your employees and they do not make these kinds of mistakes. Maybe I had the amount of dealerships he has worked for in the past inaccurately but have you actually followed up with those dealerships he had been with in the past to get recommendation? I'm sure not because if you did then you would get the details of Mike's work ethics. After my experience I found from at least three different consumers who has worked with Mike in the past about his past encounters with previous dealerships. It was a frustrating experience because I did purchase a lease through your dealership this past February with Mike. Made a final appointment to sign and purchase the vehicle at 6pm, we were literally down the street when Mike called and stated "They cleaned out the wrong truck and the cleaning shop is already closed so we cannot do anything until the morning." Ok no problem we understood the situation, mistakes happen. Come the next morning we ended up at the dealership for a few hours which we didn't find was necessary when all we had to do is sign and drive. I wasn't fond of the transaction. My husband witnessed Mike forging my signature and stated "Look I can sign your name better than you can, no need for you to be here." Yet, you Michelle are so confident this didn't actually happen. You are simply taking the word of Mike and agree fully that I'm stating false statements. Who has time to make statements up? I wanted your dealership to know the experience that we had. I'm sure there has plenty of great experiences, unfortunately we were not so lucky. Shows what kind of management you run as well protecting all your employees even though he in fact did all this unprofessionalism and we as customers had to witness that yet you do not want to believe our worst experience we ever had with a salesman at any dealership actually happened with one of your employees. It was my mistake to still pursue with Mike to lease another vehicle through your dealership later that month. I specifically gave Mike all the details of the vehicle that I wanted but for some reason he didn't want me to get that vehicle with the options I wanted and kept throwing other vehicles and models that I would save more money with. Again, that was not what I requested but of course I ended up still getting the run around and purposely making me wait in the lobby for over an hour on a Saturday and leaving for the day without mentioning anything. My calls and text to him during that time, he wouldn't respond but the manager (not sure if manager but another employee stated he was in charge at the moment) seen my frustration and apologized, called Mike and he right away apologized and text me right away. This is not the kind of business I want to deal with, I'm bringing you business, you are making money from me!!! Thank God that I didn't end up leasing another vehicle through Mike and I found the car that I wanted with no hesitations through a different dealership within two days!!! Sooner or later these acts will follow up with Mike if he keeps up any acts of this kind. I really hope no one else gets the experience that we went through!!!
