If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealership tried to charge me $95 for a FREE multi point inspection and thought they did me a favor by lowering it to $35. Mr Laity I recently visited your dealership for the first time for service and I gotta tell you how impress I was. First i retired from GM after over 30 years of service and since then this is my second Town and Country. I never got the type of service from GM dealers as I did at your dealership. I called the service department and spoke with a Bill Tarket who set up a service appointment for me after talking with him. Now this is why I am so impress with your service Arrived at my appointment date and meet Bill told him what my i thought my problem was. A dealership is just a dealership right but not here at your dealership Your employee Bill took the time with me explained what the processed was for repairs once they knew for sure I never felt rushed or I was walking in a revolving door. He told me he would keep me updated I thought back thru the years and told myself yea right. I have Never been so wrong Bill took the time and updated me by phone of the repairs and where in the process they were with my repairs every couple of days because it was not a fast repair for the problem they found. If ask that is why i believe that's what makes a business successful is ones employees not the bean counters, I thank you for having an employee like Bill.
