After talking to several other dealers in the area about ordering my truck, it was clear that Robertson's was the only choice for me. They're personable, family-owned, and don't use trashy stereotypical ca ordering my truck, it was clear that Robertson's was the only choice for me. They're personable, family-owned, and don't use trashy stereotypical car salesman tactics like one of the other dealers did. I got an allocation immediately and when I went to pick up my truck when it was ready, had an issue with my insurance company that took a while on the phone for me to resolve (ended up going with a different company through the same agency) even after I arrived at the dealership, and Evan at Robertson's had nothing but patience and helpfulness during that time. They made buying the truck a very simple process and made sure it was clean and ready before showing me the features of it before handing it over. I couldn't ask for a better dealership! Thank you to Evan Sylvia and Jim Timilty for handling my questions (e-mail/phone/text), for placing the order exactly, and the ease and speed of the purchase process. I am loving my new truck!! More
