Unfortunately, I fell victim to the poor workmanship of the service department. In September. I brought my vehicle in for service. They quote “repaired” my vehicle. In the following days after the repair I called to ask you a question but Jim mentioned the entire shop led by the lead. Mechanic walked out and quit due to a pay issue. If you look at Robertsons Facebook, you will see they made a post shortly after everyone quit that they were in need for immediate technicians…. Instead of properly repairing my vehicle they slapped it together knowing they will no longer be working there and now I need a new engine! Fast-forward to now I had an issue with my engine the shop that is trying to repair it noticed that when Robertsons service department repaired my head gasket they did not properly Install the bolts that go in the engine block due to that four of the bolts were stripped and the threads got ripped out of my engine block that’s why I need a new engine. Robertsons is just pointing the finger at the shop that found their issue and said there’s nothing they are willing to do that the shop that found the issue should be the ones responsible. It is a $11,000 repair that I am stuck with for just simply bringing my vehicle to a shop/dealership that I thought was the right place for my vehicle to be serviced. This vehicle is used so I can get too and from work and help support my family by making money to pay the bills and feed my children. It’s going on about a month without this vehicle. I am thoroughly upset. I’ve had many sleepless nights thinking about this and why this had to happen. It’s not fair. It’s not right. I have my own small business that I cannot tend to, and I’ve lost so many opportunities at making money because my vehicle was damaged in the hands of a mechanic that was upset and knew they were about to quit… instead of pointing the fingers and blaming a shop that found the issue they should be trying to help me resolve this issue. Blake, the sales manager who overseas the service department is the one denying to address the issue and is the one blaming the shop that found their issue and said they should be held responsible. I don’t get how a place can just think they have no responsibility for the actions of the people who they had working for them. I can only hope that this does not happen to anyone else. This has been such a nightmare for not only me but for my family. I just don’t know what to do. I hope by me making this review people see what kind of work they allow to come out of their shop. Be careful when you think you’re bringing your vehicle to the right place because due to their mistake and lack of taking responsibility. I am now out of a vehicle, losing money and very stressed out about the situation More

I spent $2500 for a fuel injector that wasn’t the problem. Same issue with truck a few days after picking it up. Called and was told they’re busy and it’d be a couple weeks problem. Dealership was great, did what was asked, thought my warranty was still in place but found out that it wasn’t, not their fault, wasn’t prepared for a pricey repair but it’s all set now. At least I have warranty was still in place but found out that it wasn’t, not their fault, wasn’t prepared for a pricey repair but it’s all set now. At least I have OEM parts installed. Overall satisfied. More
