Over the years, I've owned (or leased) vehicles from GM brands in multiple locations, so have been to multiple dealerships for buying/leasing and service. Hands down, Robertson's is the best of them! Everyone is friendly and remembers you and wants to ensure your every interaction with them is exceptional whether it is on the phone, via e-mail/text, or in person. They are personable and understanding. I shopped around for who the best GMC truck dealer was before ordering and they won out over the lazy one and the one who uses sleazy salesman tactics.
