Had problem with an emission pump on my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer causing the check engine light to stay on. The techs diagnosed the problem, ordered the appropriate part, and after a bit of a wait for Trailblazer causing the check engine light to stay on. Great sales experience in 2018. Pretty poor communication on the service side. Called them in December 2023 stating the type of work I was looking to have done on the truck. Pretty poor communication on the service side. Called them in December 2023 stating the type of work I was looking to have done on the truck. Was told they could do it. Got 2 reminders to have the truck there ON TIME on Monday AM. Had it there on time, but then they didn't look at it for a couple days, then told me they couldn't do the main thing I needed (alignment). I asked them to do an inspection then, which they did, but needed to first install a mud flap. Installed flat is dragging on ground. Was given a total price on the phone, but final bill is higher. Etc, etc. Just poor communication. From start to finish, not what I'd hope More
