In the middle of COVID 19 there were no staff wearing masks, and they didn't report having wiped down the car after the technician having changed the oil and wasn't wearing plastic gloves. I also needed to have a part put on the car and the service manager said to talk to the service advisor, but he told me they only do oil changes on Saturday. I was very disappointed! More

Made app. for following Monday, could not make it, called and changed it to the following monday. 7/21/20. 2pm. took truck out there , i had no app. scheduled, some one did not note the change. told me they would fit me in. ok , was 1 hr before truck was took into shop, then another hr for oil change, total 2 hrs for a oil change, not acceptable. i could see my truck in 1st stall, so I watched technician. he spent more time doing nothing as he did working on my truck. i worked 2 yrs as a shop manager in a 16 bay garage. my recommendation would b e hire a shop manager , if you have one already, re-train him or fire him, no one that i could see was in charge, I bought my truck there, have had it serviced there, so i will continue with scheduled appointments, hopefully the service will improve , if not i will stop, using your service. More
