I wasn’t going to buy a car during the pandemic due to health concerns, but I talked to my sales associate,Zach, and he insured that there were absolutely no issues. We did the whole deal over the phone, and I came in the next day to sign papers. Zach had a table set in the corner so I was isolated from everyone else, everyone wore masks, and I was in the building less than 45 minutes. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, and had written out instructions for me for several new tech features, like remote start from my phone. Each feature worked exactly as he had described. This eliminated us having to sit in the truck together so social distancing was totally maintained. The deal itself was better than I had expected and I’m super happy with my new F-150. More
