Alyssa was very polite and kept me updated on my vehicle while I waited for it to be fixed. The only issue I have is that this is the second time in a week and half since I purchased the car that I had to b while I waited for it to be fixed. I have been going to Robert Brogden Buick GMC for at least the last 10 years. It is with great pleasure to now take my vehicle there to get service. A few years ago their service was below average. Tried to sell $850 of "routine" maintenance to me at 45k miles. Upon looking at owner's manual, service is only for "severe" driving conditions, which was not mentioned during vehicle check in. Upon picking up vehicle, I was told they were pulling it up, but after waiting 10 mins, I decided to walk down the parking lot and get the vehicle myself. When I went in to get the set of keys I had left with them, I had to listen to the guy back behind the counter (who I saw do absolutely nothing during my time there) make a snarky comment about how I was being impatient. I have been to Brogden multiple times for service, and it has become clear there focus is on money and not customer service. More
