The service was great, done on time and got a call from the service department when it was complete. The only complaint I have is that my shuttle driver smelled very bad, hard to even ride in the car with the service department when it was complete. The only complaint I have is that my shuttle driver smelled very bad, hard to even ride in the car with her. She was also the same person that brought my truck out to me when I picked up the truck. I had to roll down the windows and open an air freshener to get the smell out. This is not what I would expect from a person in contact with the public. It wasn't perfume it was a real stink.. More
Service department is lack in customer service. Came in for my appointment and another guy after me was greeted at his car door. I stood there and walked in, then waited for almost 10 minutes.
