We had a $11K repair on a diesel pick-up that was 16K miles our of warranty. While I didn't expect the repair to be free, it would seems it would have been fair to reduce the price given the situation. More

I can agree the price of everything has gone up I work here and oil change is $107 but for synthetic oil change that is the same cost around town.

I was send a coupon for $89.95 I thought the company would honor that but evidently it's just a piece of paper with writing on it and my tires were not rotated and the oil change cost me the same amount as a regular oil change what's the point of a coupon and it does not say anything synthetic oil
