Very Refreshing My wife and I were shopping for a car and she did a lot of research online. When she found the exact car that she wanted Bob actually brought the vehi My wife and I were shopping for a car and she did a lot of research online. When she found the exact car that she wanted Bob actually brought the vehicle to our home and let us test drive it individually so the other parent could watch the kids while we rode. Once we get to the dealership most of the paperwork was already filled out and we even got a better rate than we expected. My wife was worried about working with the salesperson but Bob was very refreshing and jovial and made the process really easy. I'm sure we will buy another vehicle from Brogden when we're in the market again. More

In the pouring rain, we walked from one vehicle to the next to try to find the ideal fit. Personable, Professional and Efficient I stopped by Robert Brogden GMC after the car pictured below caught my attention when driving by. The sales person, Mike Guthrie, approached me and wa I stopped by Robert Brogden GMC after the car pictured below caught my attention when driving by. The sales person, Mike Guthrie, approached me and was very friendly off the bat, and made me feel at ease which was a nice change of pace from previous car buying experiences. He was able to answer most of the technical questions about the Corvette I had, and get me the information for ones that he wasn't a hundred percent sure about; which was reassuring to see that he didn't pretend to know everything about the car or just give the answer he thought I wanted to hear. Pretty straight forward when it came to the price; showed me some comps and didn't have to go through a lot of back-and-forth to come to an agreement on price. Unfortunately, I had to back out of the deal after getting a quote back from my insurance agent and realized how high it would be ( probably should have thought about that before trying to buy a high-powered sports car...lol). Fortunately, Mike understood and didn't make me feel guilty for backing out or try to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I had a great experience with Mike Guthrie and would happily (and will) recommend seeing him when you want a positive car buying experience. I will certainly be back when I am ready for my next everyday driver. More
