Purchase of GMC Canyon Good sales rep, dealt with me professionally and fairly. I was satisfied with the deal- new vehicle price and trade in allowance. Best dealer in KC area Worked with Jake Blackmon and Josh Hedrick in sales.. Both were top notch to work with. Purchased 2 new vehicles from them in the last month. If you are looking for the best deal save yourself some time and just go there first. Buying new cars as often as I do just wouldn't be possible without dealers like this who are in the business to get repeat purchases and let's face it why would I go back to a dealer who didn't treat me right. I just bought a new truck there 30 days ago and went back for an suv today. Also used service department for truck and the manager Scott K went above and beyond. Finally I worked with Rick and Rod in finance on paperwork, both were super easy experience and not pushy about any additional items. They were there to offer it and help you on extra items if you were interested but didn't pressure you if you weren't. I give Brogden team a 5/5 only because 6/5 isn't listed as an option. BTW. If review sounds too good for a car dealer ask Jake or Josh to give you Doug's cell phone, I will text you pictures of my new trucks. Sometimes when someone delivers everything you expect and more they deserve to be recognized. A++++ group More
Easy to work with We stopped in looking to see a Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia. Derek was very knowledgable and helped us make our decision. The dealership was not pushy and we left that day without feeling pressured to purchase immediately. We did go back to purchase the Acadia a few days later. The Acadia had been used as demo vehicle and had a few minor repairs that needed to be made. The dealership gave us another Acadia to drive until the repairs could be made on ours. Once ours was ready, we spent time setting up the technology on the vehicle and making sure it all worked correctly before leaving the dealership. Very friendly and easy to work with dealership. More
Great Experience I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much my trade was worth and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be. They didn't have the exact car I wanted as the models on their website were in transit, but they were able to get it from another dealership. I was able to pay what I wanted and got what I needed for my trade-in. The process was easy, and everyone I talked to was great to work with. The salesman (David R.) gave me a tour of the back area where I would get my free oil changes and tire rotations so I knew where to come later; he also went through all of the technology and features of the car once I had purchased it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will likely use them in the future. More
Won't honor internet price - Bait and Switch I am writing this review after speaking with Zach from the Internet sales and Lester from the sales department. I called an spoke with Zach today to I am writing this review after speaking with Zach from the Internet sales and Lester from the sales department. I called an spoke with Zach today to confirm a Enclave that we found on their website was their and wasn't sold and if we could come look at it. Zach asked for the stock number and price listed online they have on the website and confirmed the vehicle was their and stated he would have it pulled up front waiting for us. We talked a for a bit about the vehicle and price and Zach said he looked forward to seeing us and he would have the vehicle cooled off for our test drive. We showed up 45 minutes after calling and asked to speak with Zach, we were then introduced to Lester who we worked with from then on. Lester took our information and we sat at his desk and reviewed the vehicle and he said he would go pull it up for us. 10 minutes later he came back and said the vehicle is a loaner vehicle and was not on the lot. I found this odd as Zach confirmed the vehicle being on the lot but stated Zach made a mistake. Lester then stated that he could show us an identical vehicle and we could test drive that vehicle and he would get the vehicle we saw online in tomorrow and we could do all the paperwork today and pick up the vehicle tomorrow. After the test drive we went back to Lester's desk where he took our keys to evaluate. Lester came back 10 minutes after that and stated he wanted to get this deal done for us. Lester the went back and said he was going to get some more information for us and 10 minutes later came back with completely conflicting stories. He first said quickly that the vehicle was sold, when we asked what he was talking about as we confirmed with both him, Zach, and a sales manager the vehicle was for sale he then said that the vehicle internet price they won't honor. He said the price was a typo. He then began asking about what other vehicles we may be interested in. He also mentioned that this same situation happened to another girl that came and based on an internet price and they had a typo. At that point we had been there for over an hour and they not only didn't have the vehicle we saw online they wouldn't honor the internet price. My wife and I had set up babysitting for our 2 small kids and we drove an hour to see a vehicle we confirmed with Zach was available and the price on it prior to coming. We left after Lester was trying to sell us other vehicles. As we were driving to pick up our kids an hour away I called and asked to speak with Zach. I spoke with Zach who passed me onto his manager. Zach's manager confirmed they would not honor the internet price they advertised and the price I confirmed with two of their employees. As Lester said this is not the first time this bait and switch has happened. Robert Brogdens has my information if they would like to correct this and honor there internet price. More
