I worked with DJ & Ryan O'connor. It was nice because I didn't get a hard sell. They knew I was looking for a small SUV and they had a $1200 mark-down so I stopped in to see how it would compare because I didn't get a hard sell. This has got to be the worst dealership on Earth. We bought a used car the the finance officer (Jim Turner)screwed us out of $2500. We already had 18 months remaining on the factory warranty (which Mr Turner knew) and he still stuck us with his so-called service contract. Yes, we signed the deal but Mr Turner is very good about moving the paper work very quickly and distracting you from the details. Maybe he went to school to be a con artist because he is very good at it. I have called numerous time but he (nor his manager) will return my calls. More
Horrible experience. they let me take a car overnight with a discussion of 11,500 as price. Dealer was aware I would have a 2 y/o riding in the car.Took the Honda for pre-inspection to my mechanic. He in with a discussion of 11,500 as price. Dealer was aware I would have a 2 y/o riding in the car.Took the Honda for pre-inspection to my mechanic. He informed me dealership put wrong brake pads on car and did not grip when tried to stop suddenly. He was concerned about my safety just driving it back to the dealership. Salesman presented the info to manager he blamed it on service dept. They wanted to argue about the fact they replaced pads (however wrong pads) and never expressed any genuine concern over the fact they my life and dtrs were in jeopardy for 24 hrs. Replacing brake pads with an improper fit is extemely negligent and says a lot about the credibility of this dealership, The final insult before I walked out was the manager offered to sell car for 12,2000 (obviously higher than price salesman discussed). Deceitful, unprofessional and does not care about safety! More
I met the new car sales manager when I purchased my new 07 G6,it was just an hour before closing, one hour after they were closed we had a new car,it was a no pressure sale they just stayed late to help us 07 G6,it was just an hour before closing, one hour after they were closed we had a new car,it was a no pressure sale they just stayed late to help us out, I had such a great experience with not only James but all of the salesmen on the floor I went back and purchsed a new GMC Sierria 4 door 4x4 from them, they know you when you walk in for service,their price and service is the best in the city, I have always been a Chevy Truck lover and I am glad I gave them a chance, My 2010 Sierra drives better than all of the Chevy's I test drove. The snow this year was not a problem for me, Thanks Robert Brogden, my Olathe hometown dealer. More
