WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE After considerable research involving the 2018 Infiniti QX60 and the Buick Enclave, I visited Infiniti of Kansas City and Brogden Buick GMC. My wife a After considerable research involving the 2018 Infiniti QX60 and the Buick Enclave, I visited Infiniti of Kansas City and Brogden Buick GMC. My wife and I were underwhelmed by our experience at the Infiniti dealership as we were provided a demo for our test drive that was absolutely filthy. The windshield and side glass were almost impossible to see out of making our cruise unsafe to navigate. After our return to the dealership, our salesperson pulled the "moving numbers" game to get us what we desired for our trade-in. When I pointed this out, he seemed offended and shifted the blame to me, his potential customer, by saying I couldn't have it both ways, meaning the vehicle discount or the return for my trade that I desired. My wife and I then decided to check out the Buick Enclave Premium at Robert Brogden in Olathe. We were met promptly by our sales associate, Jake Blackman. He showed us several models on the lot and explained the features of the Enclave in great detail. He also introduced us to the General Manager, Craig Blacklidge, who spent much of his time with us, and made us feel quite welcome during our visit. We test drove the Enclave and were very pleased by its handling, performance, and features. We sat down with Jake in the showroom and hammered out the financial details and arrived at a mutual cost for the 2018 Buick Enclave Premium. The specific Enclave that we decided to purchase is still in transit to the dealership and we are anxiously awaiting its arrival. What drew us to purchase from the Brogden dealership, was not only their brand, but their people, who put the customer first and foremost in the car buying experience. Mr. Blackman and Mr. Blacklidge made us feel like family during our visit. I would highly recommend that you visit the Robert Brogden dealership and experience the first class customer service, not to mention the best new car prices on the planet. Ask for Jake and you will be very well taken care of, and the automobile buying experience will be much more fun than intimidating, and you will enjoy the ultimate world class customer service that we did. Terry exceeded my expectations about the knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. Terry was patient and very thorough. Excessive “Admin Fees” Agreed to pay full advertised price on used car. When we went to do the paperwork, Brogden added a never before discussed $500 admin fee. Asked to have it removed or reduced, (per Consumer Reports, $150-300 is customary and anything above is excessive). Salesperson, who forgot to mention the fee in initial discussions agreed to lowering cost of vehicle by $200. Sales Manager, Aaron Spearman, refused. This after we’d agreed on price, paid to have the car checked out and came to the dealership with financing in hand. There’s nothing worth $500 Brogden would have to do to close this deal. Their admin fee is excessive and Aaron Spearman knows nothing about customer service. We’ll never do business with him or Brogden. More

False Advertisement Last week I found a 2017 Sierra SLT on Robert Brogden’s website marked down $13,000. I called and talked to a salesman about the truck. He said they had several and we set an appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived no one could find the truck. He took me for a test drive in a like truck while they got the one I wanted ready. When we got back I was informed the truck had sold. I ask about them having several like it and was told only the one was discounted. Two days later I found a truck on their website discounted $20,612. It was a $56,750 truck with a sale price of $36,138. I called and talked to the Internet Sales Manager and was told that price was wrong. He said someone must have entered the discount wrong. I talked to four people at the dealership and everyone said the price was wrong and there was nothing they could do about it. Yesterday I looked on their website to see it they were still doing the ole Bait and Switch. I found a truck listed for $52,340 with a sale price of $6. I did waste my time calling on this one. The price could get entered wrong once but to keep doing it is False Advertisement. I have saved screen shots of all of these listing and have reported this to GMC. I have bought from Robert Brogden in the past but I don’t trust to ever buy from them again. More
