Treated me like family!! On 6/9/18 I went to Robert Brogden Buick GMC for the second time to look at vehicles. Again, Scotty and Ivan were excellent to work with. They truly m On 6/9/18 I went to Robert Brogden Buick GMC for the second time to look at vehicles. Again, Scotty and Ivan were excellent to work with. They truly make you feel like family. There was no haggling and I knew I got the best deal they had available for my situation. While waiting to sign my paperwork, I overheard 3 other customers that were talking about what a great experience and deal they had. Three other strangers with the same experience I had. In addition to Scotty and Ivan being great, Terri in finance was awesome as well. She explained everything in detail, and was able to get me a very reasonable interest rate!! I will purchase my next vehicle from Robert Brogden again since both of my experiences were very stress free. The only reason I didn’t score 5 Stars was because of the long wait to sign paperwork. But it was only because they were so busy with sales that day. Great job, guys! More
