Purchased two cars. Fell in love with the Buick Enclave. Deal went fairly smoothly. The second car was our daughter's and it is a Buick Encore. I emailed the general manager but never received a response. We ended up buying because we did get the price we wanted. The F&I guy messed up our paperwork so we had to go back, not once, not twice, but three times to sign new documents. I called the dealership three weeks after my purchase to ask when I might receive my title work and was simply told "we're very busy". I hope the Service department is their saving Grace. I'll give them one chance. More

Recommendation with caveats I got a great car for a great price and an okay amount for my trade in. The salesman and finance office were all very pleasant to work with. My caveat is that once we agreed on a deal, the follow up work to be prepared for closing the next day lacked urgency. I almost was not able to close after traveling 2.5hrs and would have let without a vehicle if the finance manager wasn't creative and resourceful to resolve the issue. I'd certainly purchase from them again. Just be sure all of the closing work receives immediate attention. More
