Slow service I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each t I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each time I am told it will only take one hour. I was offered a free car wash one time and most recently was given a $25 discount, however I would prefer to just get in and out in about an hour. More
