Meh The buying experience was par for the course, and by that I mean subpar. Our salesperson left a lot to be desired. I emailed the general manager but never received a response. We ended up buying because we did get the price we wanted. The F&I guy messed up our paperwork so we had to go back, not once, not twice, but three times to sign new documents. I called the dealership three weeks after my purchase to ask when I might receive my title work and was simply told "we're very busy". I hope the Service department is their saving Grace. I'll give them one chance. More

Other dealers were in awe of the vehicle. Your game is to offer good deals on new and then pound on the used car to make your money. The sales manager would not even give me the time of day after I stood my ground. Jake and the lady who demonstrated the setup of the Yukon were wonderful. They even sent some big guy out to tell my auto was high mileage. We had already been to two other dealerships, but they did not have the colors we wanted. I am President of a bank and I would want to know my staff treated people wrong even though it hurts. That is why I filled this out. Gene Dikeman More
