I don't k owe why it takes that long to call someone back. After the service, I also made a key claim for a key that I lost, I know that can not be processed on a Saturday. Again 5hey said that they would call me on Monday and update me. They did not call me. I have no problem with the service that was preformed by the technician. I do have a problem with thier customer relations. I'm not asking for them to do anything out of the ordinary, just do what you say you are going to do. More
