Understanding and straight forward I purchased a used 2016 GMC Sierra All-Terrain truck. Prior to looking at the inventory, I wanted to see what they were going to give me for my trade I purchased a used 2016 GMC Sierra All-Terrain truck. Prior to looking at the inventory, I wanted to see what they were going to give me for my trade in to see what kind of dealership I would or wouldn’t be dealing with. On average, my vehicle was worth $900-$1700 dollars depending on miles, condition etc. I was hoping to get around $1300-$1500 dollars, which I got $1250, a fair price. I then found the truck I wanted and again gave me a fair selling price. After buying the truck and driving it for a few days, I noticed a vibration when driving. I brought the truck in to get looked at and without having to haggle over new tires, they just put a good set of Bridgestone tires on. My salesman, Obada, listened to what I was looking for and price range and made the deal happen. Everyone I worked with from finance to service was very helpful. I would buy and service my vehicle here because of the good experience I had here. More

I was charged $165 for a pair of all weather floor mats which were not in the vehicle when I took possession. Kevin informed me that he ordered me a pair but they're on back order and no ETA is available. Three weeks later there is still no ETA and it's snowing in KC. You have a full lot of trucks with all weather mats, wouldn't it make sense to pull a set out and take care of your new customer? More
