Very good our Salesman Shawn had a friendly personality I had emailed your dealership via Carfax of see if the vehicle I purchased as available . We went to the used card department and was met by Shawn Collins and I told him I had emailed via Carfax about car I wanted to look at . I told Shawn my email had been answered by Mr. Lopez and Shawn explained ( Mr. Lopez ) was the internet manager and asked if he ( Shawn ) could take care our viewing of the car we were looking for. We said yes not problem. We felt Shawn was very good to work with espcially being a former member of US Army. Shawn went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we were looking for. The only concern I had was the vehicle only had one key ( key fob ) and we were told to stop by on a Thursday in order to obtain another. I aske if there was an addtional charge and was told that was not problem. More

Oil change, lube and tire rotate I smelled oil after I left from my oil change. When I checked under the hood there was oil spilled around the oil fill cap and around my engine com I smelled oil after I left from my oil change. Wonderful customer service. The wrong part was ordered for my car despite me calling several times to confirm it was available. Unfortunately, the part did not fit my car proper The wrong part was ordered for my car despite me calling several times to confirm it was available. Unfortunately, the part did not fit my car properly. The service staff was extremely apologetic and worked very hard to correct the error. They had the correct part in the next day and they arranged the installation just 2 days later. Kristie was able to juggle things around my crazy work schedule and accommodated me in every way she possibly could to make the trip back as convienient as possible. I understand that mistakes will happen, but this service team truly bent over backwards to correct the mistake and I just couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. This experience made me very happy that I purchased my car through this dealership and am using their service department. I will certainly continue to trust them with the maintenance of this car.
