Read this before you buy, not up front company, miss adverti Listed a used vehicle as new no miles, when I talked to the mgr he never mentioned it until I ask about the warranty and he said it had the remaining Listed a used vehicle as new no miles, when I talked to the mgr he never mentioned it until I ask about the warranty and he said it had the remaining warranty that the vehicle had a little under 5000 miles on it. And 6 months less warranty. I said you have listed as new with 0 miles, he replied none have 0 miles. THAT IS NOT UP FRONT, It is dishonest. I told him I bought a Lexus 2 years ago but it was listed as a loaner car with the miles so I knew the story when making a decision and it was listed as Certified and carried a 5 year unlimited miles warranty and he said no we don’t do that, it cost more money. ????Really My bank has a 2.9% interest and GM is around 7.65% but you have to use their inflated rate or they raise the buying price $1500. GM is overcharging you and me, I have a 847 credit score but anyone with a 700 can get a 2.9% interest rate but GM charges almost 2 1/2 times that rate like bad credit cards. Robert Brogden Buick GMC charges $499 extra to get your tag title and tax for you, I said no give me my paperwork and I can walk into my local tag agency and have my tag in 5 minutes but he said no that is how they make money to charge less on the vehicle. Again Really!!! To me that is shady, unnecessary expenses, give me the choice. In the add the vehicle was listed with a bed liner with GMC logo but when my cousin and I drove over 5 hours from Oklahoma, the vehicle did not have what was listed and the salesman just said no it doesn’t have. I have a 5 hour drive back home do I walk away, I bought the 2018 GMC but not a happy buyer, I feel they are not honest or upfront and miss represent their vehicles. I will never deal with Robert Bridges Buick GMC again and will buy a Ford PU next time just because I will not support GM because of this. Kevin Jackson was a nice salesman and not his fault. More

Did not get. your add said 500.00 vacation voucher and when I brought up they said they would have to add 500,00 back to price of car. Your adds are a joke and then they said that I did not say in beginning so could not get. Poor way to do business. I did not have a great experience or felt all the bells and whistles you should feel buying a new car. I really felt your giving the best price a joke when you have to add money back to car when you take up your offer. More

Greatly Exceeded Expectations I consulted with Obada online about a VW. Obada was quick to respond, and set up a time for me to come in. I was late, so I ran into a different repre I consulted with Obada online about a VW. Obada was quick to respond, and set up a time for me to come in. I was late, so I ran into a different representative named Jeff, who showed me the car in question and was very kind. Then Obada found us and took over. The entire time he was very kind, made polite and interested conversation inside the dealership. It was a very comfortable environment, not sleazy like you would expect from your standard car dealership. Everyone at the facility was polite and attentive. Obada made sure to help me with my trade in, and get a financier to make sure I got the best deal. Jason, the financier, found a bank and a loan that greatly exceeded what I could have expected, and even got my taxes covered. Obada also threw in a spare key and spare tire. I never once felt like I was being ripped off, and I was buying a used VW at a GMC dealership (you would assume they wouldn't care). Have already recommended to friends. More
