Excellent experience with honest sales people I purchased a vehicle from Robert Brogden GMC in Olathe that I love! I had a 2018 Buick Encore I purchased 15 months earlier from another GMC dealer that I traded in. I figured out the other KC dealer took advantage of me and I should have walked away as I was starting to sign the paperwork. Needless to say, I was very much on guard when I went to Robert Brogden but Everyone there put me at ease and confirmed my thoughts based on looking at my paperwork from the other dealership. They accepted my trade and sent me away much happier in my Buick Cascada. I will never go to another Buick dealer again. Robert Brogden, you are my hero!! More

Engine light which ended up being fuel pressure gauge I received super assistance from Jason McC..... Is why I gave 5 stars. The next day I again received a call telling me what the problem was, a different problem, and that a part had to be ordered and gave the date that our car would be finished. Honest This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased throw them and this was a great experience! We had our last one in service with major engine failure and the This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased throw them and this was a great experience! We had our last one in service with major engine failure and they explained the whole issue in detail and the possible issues we could see down the road sure to this one. So we decided to trade it and get a new certified used Yukon from them! They were not pushy and showed us all our options throughout the whole process and found the right car for us!
