These guys are complete incompetent liars I delt with Pres Taylor and all he did was lie. I still bartered to what I thought was a decent price. The thing that really was the icing on the cake was me deliberately asking is the car was Kansas Titled and them promising me all their cars they had to title in their name with a Kansas title. this was by Pres and their title/loan guy. We get the title and its a Michigan title. They told me the car was fully serviced by the local VW dealership. This was a lie the brake fluid was low, the change oil indicator light came on on the way home. The oil analysis came back that the oil had been run long past its service life. this has been my worst used car buying experience ever. I have sent emails and not received one response. I will be turning this over to the better business burrow. More

My family was car shopping on my behalf while I was at work and Preskuf Taylor basically made the impossible possible. I have a tight budget to work with and he worked incredibly hard to make it work coordinating between me and my co-signer. When we were filling out the paperwork, he went and ensured I had a full tank of gas and it was freshly cleaned. He was such a joy to work with and I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. More

Non Pressure Environment, Happy with the Upfront Prices I had a fairly easy experience buying my new 2019 Encore at the dealership. They by far had the best prices in my area and gave me a fair value for my I had a fairly easy experience buying my new 2019 Encore at the dealership. They by far had the best prices in my area and gave me a fair value for my trade in right off the bat. I also appreciated that he did not try to upsell me and got me the car that I requested. I was particular on color and while they had more of another color, he got me the one I wanted. Overall, my only complaint would be that fiance did not seem aware of all of the varying fiance deals and incentives on my particular car. However, this might be unreasonable given the number of vehicles. My only counter to this would be that they claimed to be the biggest Encore dealer in the nation, so the financing on the Encore should be common knowledge. I also found the whole optional warranty picking process and details a bit convoluted and wish my bill of sale more straight forwardly stated what I paid for the actual car, not everything lumped together weird. More
