I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get all of my services done on the same day. They didn’t tell me that they changed their loaner car program so they had no loaners available in order for me to leave my tru done on the same day. Pres Taylor was great. The sale was easy and quick. The only issue was the truck was left in demo mode and they was tape and scuff marks on the back of the truck. Now we have to return to get the truck out only issue was the truck was left in demo mode and they was tape and scuff marks on the back of the truck. Always a good experience when I bring my vehicle in for servicing. On my last visit, I explained right at the start that I had about an hour to get oil changed. Salesman was extremely pushy and was hesitant to answer questions before paperwork was signed. He seemed to be very annoyed when I wanted to learn more about the vehicle that I was purchasing, but acted l questions before paperwork was signed. He seemed to be very annoyed when I wanted to learn more about the vehicle that I was purchasing, but acted like we were out of time to get the vehicle into the shop rather than addressing questions, even though they were more than 4 hours from closing. He also indicated the road hazard warranty was a requirement to purchase the vehicle, which I later learned is not true. I found the financing department I don't feel that I received a fair value for my trade-in. More
