The employees are great. The reason for my low rating is this: I found an article, online, about the different class actions lawsuits regarding the 8-speed transmissions. There are two things happening to s this: I found an article, online, about the different class actions lawsuits regarding the 8-speed transmissions. There are two things happening to some GMC owners; 1) shuddering frequently at higher speeds and 2) very harsh shifts between 1st & 2nd gears. Mine is doing #2 but not all the time. It has gotten more frequent which is why I brought it in. I asked about doing a flush and replacing my fluid with Mobil 1 Synthetic LV AFT HP fluid and the service manager told me that the 8-speed transmissions were only being affected at high speeds. She new nothing of the hard shifts in lower gears. I really want to have a flush and new fluid, but I don't think I should pay for this since my 2019 Canyon is still under full drivetrain warranty. I am the 1st owner and can't believe that I am having issues already. I never had this issue with my 2015 Acadia that I traded in for this Canyon. More

Our overall buying experience was positive. It took some time and negotiations to get the deal done. Throughout the process I could tell that Marcus was trying to work for both parties and get the car sold. time and negotiations to get the deal done. He was not pushy and just giving a sales pitch, but I could tell her was trying to find something we would be happy with and that ultimately met our budget. Financing went smooth at first as we were able to get right in to sign the papers. I received an unwelcoming phone call on Friday from Don asking for us to return and resign due to the dealership applying a rebate offer on accident and this would make my payment increase $5/month. I am extremely frustrated that this has become my issue due to the lack of attention being paid to the paperwork. I have been asked to return to resign and accept this increase. I strongly feel as though this shouldn’t be my issue and that this needs to be addressed internally. More
